We absolutely loved our stay here! The room was spacious and well-designed, with a huge balcony that became one of our favourite spots — especially the hammock, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could possibly need, and the bathroom was massive and spotlessly clean. The communal living area inside the room was also really spacious and comfortable — ideal for chilling out after a day by the pool. Speaking of pools, there are three on site. The main pool had a great family-friendly vibe that we enjoyed, while the two smaller pools had a younger, livelier feel — so something for everyone! The view from the room was absolutely stunning, and the location was great too. The walk into town only took about 15 minutes, or you can grab a taxi for around 5 euros or hop on one of the electric scooters for something more fun. Special mention to Laura at the front desk — she was so kind and helpful throughout our stay, really made us feel welcome. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back!

Fornøyd med oppholdet. Stor romslig terrasse med god ordentlige solsenger. Passe avstand fra sentrum. Det som trekker noe ned var at det alltid var en viss lukt av tørr vannlås/kloakk på badet, spesielt om morgenen. Virker ut som sluker tørker ut. Hadde lest om dette før vi booket, men tok en sjanse likevel. Vi brydde ikke oss med å ta kontakt med resepsjonen siden dette var ett kjent problem. Alt i alt likevel fornøyd.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold på Haciendas Village. Der var rent og pænt og god plads til vores lille familie på tre. Og vi havde en skøn udsigt fra vores bungalow med et lille kig til vandet. Personalet var venlige. Men desværre var der er en grim lugt fra kloaken i badeværelset. Badeværelset er i forbindelse med det store soverum og lugten sev ind i rummet på trods af lukket dør. Derfor trækker det ned på den samlede oplevelse. Vi sagde ikke noget, da vi ikke orkede at skulle flytte til et andet sted og da det virkede til at være kloakeringsproblem der formentligt er i alle lejlighederne. Dette har vi også kunne læse på andres kommentarer. Vi ville gerne bo her igen, hvis det var muligt at få et sted uden den grimme lugt.

Mycket bra! Fin utsikt och ljus och fin inredning. Dock en hemsk lukt från badrummet som spred sig till sovrummet. Luktar unket eller som mögel.

Haciendas Village is a lovely location as it’s walking distance to Adeje, beach, shops and a short drive (cheap taxi - definitely use local taxis and not uber) from the touristy places. Area felt safe for women. We had the one bed apartment with large terrace and it was perfect for 4 girls with the two on the sofa bed saying how comfy it was. The rooms don’t have air conditioning which would be an overall improvement but two fans were provided which made it manageable. The value for money is the main factor for the Haciendas - the facilities, space and location is amazing for how cheap it was. Overall the site and apartments could do with a bit of money spending on them like repainting and tiling but nothing that would put me off recommending to someone or staying again. The apartment had sufficient facilities with the shower being lovely and big with plenty of hot water and storage space for the rooms. However I think the kitchen could be improved as for me I would have expected more in a holiday apartment where it’s likely people will be cooking. The utensils / kitchenware were limited and no basics like salt or pepper or cleaning products were provided so we had to buy our own which is annoying when you’re only there for five days and obviously won’t use it all. We were offered a cleaning and replacement towel service which was useful. The staff were lovely and helpful and always quickly answered queries both before and during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Das Appartement war sauber und sehr ruhig. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, auch ein späterer Check-out wurde uns problemlos ermöglicht. Eine Klimaanlage im Appartement wäre schön gewesen, ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt hier.

Haciendas II, seemed a lot nicer that Haciendas IV. It's under 15mins walk from the beach, though there's quite a lot of uphill on the way back. Still a much nicer area than Playa de las Américas. The apartment itself was reasonably sized, clean with a good, powerful shower. It also had a large terrace with a big hammock, however this was all in full view of everyone going up and down the stairs to the pool. Anyone could step onto our terrace, but the other apartments seemed to have more privacy. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Noise can be a problem (especially when Spain win the Euros!). Overall it was better than I expected for the price. Would I stay there again? Probably not, but only because I can't see myself going back to Tenerife :-)

Stayed as a family of 6, the bungalow was very clean on arrival but bugs infesting the main room throughout our stay left a bitter taste, otherwise it was a decent stay overall. We particularly enjoyed the big pool near the reception, just avoid it when gangs of teenagers are in as they make such a racket and can be a bit disruptive.

everything was perfect

Ein großes Lob an die Betreiber. Besonders gut hat mir der Fern-checkin gefallen. Zusendung der Zugangscodes usw, da wir außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten ankamen. Das einzige was schlecht war, war die Parkplatzsituation. Wird in der Hauptsaison wohl eine Katastrophe. Absolut zu empfehle.

Notre sejour a été fantastique. Le logement est ideal en famille et entre amis: Barbecue, jacuzzi, espace, équipement, vue sur mer. Nous reviendrons. Le personnel est disponible et a l'écoute.

The team was exceptional and accommodating. Our room had an issue with the shower and engineer came to check but was not fixed which was a bit of a pain as we were a party of 5 and ended uses one shower. Apart from that definitely recommend and easy walking distance to restaurants and Aqualand.

The apartment was excellent, very spacious and with excellent views. The only negative was the apartment was only cleaned on one occasion.

Fantastic balcony with views of the area and sea. Quiet at night. A short walk to fantastic restaurants. Very helpful staff. A brilliant place if you want to be away from the crowds and relax.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. We also enjoyed very much the terrace and the ocean view, fantastic.

It is a quiet place and the communication via WhatsApp was really quick. Nice terrace with whirlpool. By feet approx. 15-20 minutes to the beach. Restaurant It&Aly nearby with extraprdinarily good pizza and other dishes at low price.
