Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique au Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace. Notre chambre était spacieuse et très confortable, dotée d'une magnifique terrasse offrant une splendide vue dégagée sur la piscine, avec même un aperçu de la mer. Il faut souligner que la propreté des lieux était absolument impeccable, du hall à la chambre. L'espace wellness est absolument superbe et relaxant (sauna, hammam, bain froid, bain à remous), bénéficiant d'une large baie vitrée donnant sur la piscine et l'horizon marin. ​Côté restauration, le petit-déjeuner était très fourni et de grande qualité. Les dîners en demi-pension étaient exceptionnels et très variés ; la soirée "gala" a été le point culminant, encore plus savoureuse. L'espace extérieur avec la piscine est lui aussi très appréciable. Le personnel de l'hôtel est d'ailleurs au top : toujours serviable et souriant. L'emplacement est parfait : l'accès à la plage et à la promenade se fait en quelques pas, l'idéal pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Enfin, nous avons profité de la facilité d'accès à Palma et à l'aéroport grâce aux bus publics fréquents. ​À noter : l'établissement utilise principalement l'anglais, l'espagnol et l'allemand pour la communication.

Das Hotel ist fantastisch. Ich habe das Frühstück sehr genossen, auch wenn der Kaffee deutliches Verbesserungspotential hat. Der Service war sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen großartig. Besonders Paola und Daniel waren sehr aufmerksam. Die Speisenauswahl sowie die Qualität der Speisen beim Abendessen war hervorragend. Auch das Animationsangebot (Yoga mit Sam) war sehr gut. Leider war der Wellnessbereich konstant von tobenden und schreienden Teenagern (ohne ihre Eltern) belagert, so dass dies kein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung war. Hier sollte dringend über ein Mindestalter zur Nutzung nachgedacht werden, da ein Wellnessbereich kein Kinderspielplatz sein sollte. Alles in Allem habe ich den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werde ganz sicher wieder kommen.

We enjoyed a 10 day stay at Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace. The hotel is wonderful and the food exceptional! As many other guests have commented, the Hotel and rooms are very clean and everything is in good working order. A big plus is the spa that is available to all guests. We spent many hours enjoying the sauna, steam room, pool and heated seats. The staff were all friendly and polite. We ate meat every evening and the gentleman at the meat station, Tamba prepared our meat just right. We preferred the strict rules around designated smoking areas and evening dress code at this Hotel as it made our stay more enjoyable. The sister Hotel, Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma has activities at the pool for the children and adults which all guests can enjoy.

All in all a 8/10 stay and hotel. Everything was super nice, clean and quiet hotel, nice area, walking distance from beach, nice rooms, etc. Only (small) things that doesn't make it a 10 was: - Coffee was really bad at breakfast (I expected more from a 5 star, especially since the rest of the breakfast was amazing) - There was 3 free nespresso capsules in the room (that was better than the served coffee) but they weren't refilled and neither was the milk in the fridge - Rooftop bar was closed when I was there (mid Nov) and no info about this when booking - No outside serving of food, which was terrible. There was tables outside of the restaurant, but for some reason you could not eat outside (tried for lunch) - The Do not Disturb system for the doors was a little too fancy with a button you had to press on the inside of the door, which meant you didn't know yourself what status it was on. Also, it meant you couldn't set the room to DND after you left, in case you didn't want housekeeping to come - Walls were quite thin, which I experienced when a could with a small child move into room next to mine and child cried very early morning. Not the hotel's fault the child cried, although the room could have been better insulated for noise Otherwise as said, nice and calm stay.

What can I say, I’m in the hospitality industry and this hotel took customer service to another level. The staff is the best part, everyone is so nice. They always very attentive and even learned my daughters name and so attentive to her during breakfast and dinner. I’m so picky to where I stay but honestly I have nothing bad to say, amazing amenities, the room was comfortable and had the best ocean view and waking up everyday to it was beyond incredible. Definitely one of the best stays and I’ll come back again.

Leider wurden die Erwartungen an ein 5 Sterne Haus nicht erfüllt. Zwar war das Frühstück im Vergleich zum 4 Sterne Hipotel besser aber der Rest enttäuschte (Bett etwas durchgelegen - gequietscht - nur zwei harte Kissen zur Auswahl)

Notre chambre était spacieuse et très confortable, dotée d'une magnifique terrasse offrant une splendide vue dégagée sur la piscine, avec même un aperçu de la mer. Il faut souligner que la propreté des lieux était absolument impeccable, du hall à la chambre. L'espace wellness est absolument superbe et relaxant (sauna, hammam, bain froid, bain à remous), bénéficiant d'une large baie vitrée donnant sur la piscine et l'horizon marin. ​Côté restauration, le petit-déjeuner était très fourni et de grande qualité. Les dîners en demi-pension étaient exceptionnels et très variés ; la soirée "gala" a été le point culminant, encore plus savoureuse. L'espace extérieur avec la piscine est lui aussi très appréciable. Le personnel de l'hôtel est d'ailleurs au top : toujours serviable et souriant. L'emplacement est parfait : l'accès à la plage et à la promenade se fait en quelques pas, l'idéal pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Enfin, nous avons profité de la facilité d'accès à Palma et à l'aéroport grâce aux bus publics fréquents. ​À noter : l'établissement utilise principalement l'anglais, l'espagnol et l'allemand pour la communication.

Das Hotel ist fantastisch. Ich habe das Frühstück sehr genossen, auch wenn der Kaffee deutliches Verbesserungspotential hat. Der Service war sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen großartig. Besonders Paola und Daniel waren sehr aufmerksam. Die Speisenauswahl sowie die Qualität der Speisen beim Abendessen war hervorragend. Auch das Animationsangebot (Yoga mit Sam) war sehr gut. Leider war der Wellnessbereich konstant von tobenden und schreienden Teenagern (ohne ihre Eltern) belagert, so dass dies kein Ort der Ruhe und Entspannung war. Hier sollte dringend über ein Mindestalter zur Nutzung nachgedacht werden, da ein Wellnessbereich kein Kinderspielplatz sein sollte. Alles in Allem habe ich den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werde ganz sicher wieder kommen.

We enjoyed a 10 day stay at Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace. The hotel is wonderful and the food exceptional! As many other guests have commented, the Hotel and rooms are very clean and everything is in good working order. A big plus is the spa that is available to all guests. We spent many hours enjoying the sauna, steam room, pool and heated seats. The staff were all friendly and polite. We ate meat every evening and the gentleman at the meat station, Tamba prepared our meat just right. We preferred the strict rules around designated smoking areas and evening dress code at this Hotel as it made our stay more enjoyable. The sister Hotel, Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma has activities at the pool for the children and adults which all guests can enjoy.

What can I say, I’m in the hospitality industry and this hotel took customer service to another level. The staff is the best part, everyone is so nice. They always very attentive and even learned my daughters name and so attentive to her during breakfast and dinner. I’m so picky to where I stay but honestly I have nothing bad to say, amazing amenities, the room was comfortable and had the best ocean view and waking up everyday to it was beyond incredible. Definitely one of the best stays and I’ll come back again.

Leider wurden die Erwartungen an ein 5 Sterne Haus nicht erfüllt. Zwar war das Frühstück im Vergleich zum 4 Sterne Hipotel besser aber der Rest enttäuschte (Bett etwas durchgelegen - gequietscht - nur zwei harte Kissen zur Auswahl)
