Limpio, bien ubicado, excelente atención de todo el personal, me gustó que te ofrecen fruta de mano todo el tiempo, adicional al desayuno buffet diario con muchas opciones. Sin duda regresaría.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and very accommodating. They were super friendly and all spoke good English. The room was clean and quiet even though we were near the elevator. It was in walking distance to where we wanted to go and to the tram station. We really enjoyed the breakfast. This is not a typical Spanish hotel , it has more of a North American vibe.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Its was close to the arts and science area which was fantastic for the kids with lots to do. The hotel was clean and comfortable. No dining during the day but lots of options within walking distance.

Está muy bien ubicado. Cerca de un centro comercial y del Oceanigrafic. Autobus y metro cercano. Lo único que me gustó menos es que no tiene mucho espacio para colicar ka ropa

Room was clean. Noise even in the 6th floor was disturbing. The staff could be much more friendly and professional. Express may mean that the hotel is for quick visit instead of quick service. The pool is in shade and just in front of the reception.
