Hotel AACR Monteolivos

I was a solo female traveller and felt secure at this hotel. Staff and customs were all friendly. The room was clean, well equipped and quiet. This hotel is near the station which is ideal for day trips further away. I walked to the centre which was a good 25 minutes but it was easy to cycle to the property and bikes are everywhere. Also local busses were regular. Of course you can find hotels in the historic centre and every thing is within walking distance. I prefer to explore the city early and return to the hotel for a swim and sun session. I can then go back into the centre for a meal and drink. Local to this hotel are also tapas bars at a much lower cost. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable. Forgot to mention that the breakfast is good. The travel to an from city not for everyone. I noticed a lot of active older travelers and no noisy groups.

If you’re looking for a one night stop in Seville that’s well located for the airport and very close to Santa Justa train station this hotel is a great choice . My only slight disappointment was that the breakfast was a bit mediocre, otherwise everything was really good.

Struttura vicina alla stazione Santa Justa, in una zona residenziale tranquilla. Vi abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte in una camera al piano terra. La camera era essenziale, pulita e completa di tutto, con un letto comodo ma non tanto insonorizzata dall’esterno. Colazione anch’essa essenziale, comunque con diverse scelte a disposizione. Personale molto sorridente e disponibile. Rimane una buona soluzione per un soggiorno frugale, vista la vicinanza dalla stazione e da diverse fermate dell’autobus.

Great quiet location yet near train station & great small cafe choices very close by. Good rates, clean pool, nice breakfast available.. 2nd time we’ve stayed here.

Quarto muito limpo, de todos os hotéis que já fui, esse era o mais limpo, em conceito de quartos. Café muito completo, com alimentos típicos da região. Fui muito bem atendido. Próximo das estações de ônibus e trem de alta velocidade. Recomendo.

Great location, a few minutes from the train station and that's why we picked it. If you stay here make sure to have a meal in "El Cateto", a couple blocks away. The room was OK, clean, and the size was fine. The main problem is that there is a significant lack of surfaces to open bags on. A couple luggage racks that can be stored away would have been amazing. On the same trend, There isn't a single surface in the shower to put anything, NONE! We ended up placing our toiletries on the rain shower (see pics). I understand that makes it easier to clean but it is very inconvenient for your guests. Another thing: there was a later addition of an elevator (appreciated), placed outside the building, because I guess that was the only engineering solution that worked to make the place accessible. The problem is this is a glass enclosure standing under the Sevillian sun all day, and the actual elevator is a metal box, which means you get none of the traits of looking outside but get cooked inside during your short trip. Last, the pool looked nice and enticing. That is, until you jump in. The water was so cold, soooo cold, we lasted 2 minutes in. If it is 35C (95F) outside, you do not need a 15C (60F) water to cool down and enjoy. That killed it for us. Other than that, the staff was really nice and every cab driver in town knows were the hotel is, which helps with mobility.

A acomodação estava limpa e todos os funcionários foram muito agradáveis! ótima localizalização, próximo a estação de trem e de fácil acesso ao aeroporto.

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, hôtel propre, personnel agréable et disponible. Point négatif, notre chambre au rdc donnait sur le parking ce qui générait quelques nuisances sonores.

Loved our time here, easy walk from the train station, beautiful property, clean room and we enjoyed the breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean and well appointed room. Were able to get a quick second reservation after flight delays. Staff very helpful and accommodating, storing our luggage when we had time to sightsee around Seville. Had breakfast on our second stay and very plentiful. Would stay there if in town again.

Stayed 1 night before an early flight. Hotel is near the train station (20mins from the city center by bus), everything is clean and the hotel staff is very nice. We were allowed an early check-in, we were provided with a cot for our baby. We sadly did not have the time to go to the pool.

We stayed for one night in room 101 and unfortunately this room was right next to the reception and faced onto the road at the front of the hotel which meant it was very noisy both inside and outside our room all night. Apart from being disturbed in this room it was otherwise clean and comfortable

O hotel está localizado bem próximo a estação de trem Santa Justa o que foi muito bom pois está a vindo de Barcelona de trem, fomos muito bem recebidas no hotel

Lovely hotel and very convenient for the train station with nearby buses into the centre of Seville. We had a small problem with our room but Irene was extremely helping in resolving the issue.

The accommodation was more like a hostel than a hotel and thus very much overpriced. Although the room was clean and staff friendly, from chatting to other guests it appeared all the rooms had thin walls (I'd asked for a quiet room but establiahed when I arrived that there wasn't one). Rooms had a cold atmosphere not helped by stark white lighting. Water in basin took ages to flow away. Stayed 2 nights and cups not cleaned in between. Breakfast was in a canteen style room. The buffet was average though the fruit juice tasted like sugar syrup. Will definitely not be staying again.

Staff was very kind and helped us with cutlery & plates when a restaurant forgot to give us cutlery with our takeout. Location is really nice, could easily bus or take a nice long walk to the major sites of Sevilla...and tons of wonderful restaurants, bars, and cafes within super short walking distance. Only issue was the room we were given was not in a great spot...Room 101, on the main floor and right beside the door to the lobby... not only did the door to the lobby get in the way of entering the room at times, but it was extremely loud. Room doors do not close gently and therefore resulted in loud banging at all times of the day and night...while also leading us to be self-conscious and not want to disturb neighbours and guests/staff next door in the lobby. I assume rooms further down the first floor would be better.

Rummet var rymligt, rent och välstädat. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam. Vi kom med tåg och gick till hotellet utan problem. Trevlig och bra frukost gick att köpa till. Lite svårt att hitta matställen i närhet.
