Very friendly and helpful staff. They called the cab for us when we needed to get to an event outside of the city. The hotel is clean and the neighborhood is very safe. We walked to all of the major attractions in Toledo.

The staff was fantastic; however, we didn't get the rooms we thought we had reserved. We were in a newly built or remodeled annex. The rooms were extremely small. We indicated when we made our reservations that we had an infant but the rooms were too small to put a crib in.

Roof top dining at sunset is a must! Hotel wifi was intermittent, unable to lower thermostat below 78 deg F. Hotel is well situated for walking to major attractions and shopping. Clean, safe and walkable.

Buena estancia, estaria perfecto si me hubieran ayudado con informacion de como enviar un paquete con una ropa olvidada en la habitacion, al ser de Mexico no conozco las reglas y tuve que buscar por mi cuenta el servicio de paqueteria, a manera de consejo le sugiero tener un poco de empatia al huesped, ya que es fundamental en el sector turistico. Muchas gracias!

There is no WiFi in your room. It is available in the lobby only. We were in the “updated” side of the hotel and the air conditioning did not work properly. Needless to say it was very hot, of course. The room was very cool with bare wood ceilings. There is no parking at this hotel. They have an agreement with a garage down the hill. Do not drive through the city, instead drive all the way around on the outside of the wall, then venture in to the hotel. Breakfast was 12.50 euro but worth it for the other area options. Parking will be about 23 euro in the large lot. I

La habitación muy cómoda y lo mejor es que la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, se puede llegar en taxi a la puerta, está cerca de la plaza Zocodover y del Alcazar y de la catedral y de la zona comercial

Hotel is in excellent condition and centrally located to Toledo, amazing roof top restaurant with great views of the Cathedral. AC was not as strong for Americans traveling but they accommodated us with a fan which was very helpful. Super helpful staff and pleasant. Loved it
