Buen personal, facilidad de aparcamientos, buena ubicación, silencioso

Hotel located about 1.5 kilometers from the centre so a bit of walking required. Lovely swimming pool. Helpful staff. Nice large room, but neighbours from a bus tour arriving home at 1:30 in the morning, talking loudly in the corriders and letting kids run around also. Asked them to quiet down which they ignored.

Nececita renovacion profunda,muchos ruidos,moquetas antiguas,mala ventilacion aire acondicionado,baño de otra epoca. Todo necesita renovarse y a este hotel le falta una buena reforma en habitaciones.

Esta alejado del centro pero es muy fácil aparcar tu coche cerca. Muy silencioso y de el personal muy atento

Estupendo hotel y buen servicio. Idealpara alojarse si llegas en coche. Está algo alejado del verdadero centro cultural de la población (a unos 20 minutos andando)

Pedimos el cambio de habitación porque estaba llena de polvo, tanto suelo como mobiliario. La que nos dieron después, el baño lleno de pelos por todos lados. Nos dio por comprobar si estaba limpio el colchón y la funda... una fiesta de adn.

Bad expirience. Not a hotel to enjoy it. Just another one, almost on north of Africa. If you can provided, just ovoid it.

El hotel es muy cómodo y está bien ubicado. La piscina es muy amplia y la terraza donde esta es de ensueño. Recomendable para quedarse aquí y explorar esta ciudad que es Patrimonio de la Humanidad, ya que el centro está a unos 10 minutos a pie. También es bueno para viajar a otros lugares porque está cerca del acceso a la ciudad. En estos momentos tienen personal y servicios reducidos en algunos horarios por el tema del Covid-19, pero para mí es entendible.

Un hotel cómodo y súper agradable, con unas instalaciones de lujo.

A very nice hotel on the outskirts of Ubeda. Only stayed one night, but everything went smoothly. Friendly and efficient check in and everything was a delightful surprise.

Me gustó mucho que tuvieran en cuenta las peticiones especiales de la habitación. Muy buen trato en recepción y buen desayuno. Ubicación buena. La parte negativa fue que se estaban celebrando dos bodas y se escuchó la música durante toda la noche ( hasta las 5 de la mañana o incluso más tarde ). Era lejana y no me impidió dormir pero me resultó molesto.

Excelente atención , comodidades , y emplazamiento . Las mejor vista para visitar Córdoba

Hotel is located about a 20 minute level walk from the city centre with easy road access and ample parking. A large resort style hotel with good pool but a little tired and dated. Our room was large and comfortable but lacked some amenities such as safe deposit box and extra pillows. But air con worked well and bathroom with bath and shower was good.did not use dining facilities as we walked into city centre for Dinner. The service in cafeteria at breakfast was non existent so left and stopped on route for tea/coffee etc. All in all it was acceptable for our one night stop.

Esta demasiado lejos del centro.Además en el jardín se celebran todo tipo de festejos ruidosos.

Lovely old style hotel. We travelled in late April so it was reasonably quiet. The air conditioning in our part of the hotel was central a/c and wasn’t due to be switched over from heat for a few weeks (or so we were told by the very helpful staff). This meant we were very hot at night as we had some unusually warm weather. The a/c was eventually switched on on 1st May so it may be worth checking if this is something you think may affect your trip. We had great views from our room with large patio doors, the room was very clean and serviced daily. The ‘gym’ was basic and appeared to be poorly maintained with an old bike, one working cross trainer and one broken one, some free weights and broken multi -gym. We only had breakfast , no other meals, it was typically Spanish style, a good range of meats, eggs, ham, cheeses, cereals, pastries, breads etc. coffee was good too. Hotel is located slightly out of the historic area, about 15 walk to the start of the sites but right by a Lidl and Carrefour if you need one! Parking can be paid for at hotel €10 a day but we found free street parking and regularly a free spot near the Carrefour petrol station! Overall, the hotel and staff were very good and we would stay again.

Das Zimmer war super und wir hatten zum Glück ein Zimmer zum Pool mit einem tollen Blick auf die Landschaft. Allerdings ist bei der Beschreibung angegeben dass es einen Safe im Zimmer gibt, das stimmt leider nicht. Schade auch dass es keine Liegen am Pool gab.
