We stayed for a 10 days holiday. On our arrival we were pleasantly greeted by staff desk Ana. She provided us with valuable information about our room and facilities of the hotel. The room was very comfortable. We had an amazing ocean view and we enjoyed having a terrace very much! The food was very good, with plenty of variety of healthy options. The catering staff were very courteous and efficient. The cleaning staff were very good and efficient too providing daily cleaning. The location of the complex is great, calm and very enjoyable for long good walks by seaside. We highly would recommend this resort, and we definitely would love to come back soon.

Such a lovely stay here in June 2023. Food was amazing. Staff were helpful. Rooms were spotless and a great location. Shame no pool allowed inflatables. At least one big pool should be allowed. Or maybe a time slot so people can use them? Also. All inclusive ends at 11pm??? Entertainment was good too. Would highly recommend

Very good all inclusive. Much of the food was very good quality. Excellent salad section. Friendly helpful staff. Great location as long as you donot want to be in the thick of lively entertainment, but its about 20 mins away, on foot. Lovely views on to small rocky beach from the evening bar. Mainteance shows its age in a very few areas eg leaking air conditioning. We would definitely go back. On balance excellent value for money.

Nice hotel, very clean, helpful staff and reasonable breakfast (didn't eat here apart from that). Bars ok but entertainment a bit patchy. Only real issue is the need for done maintenance/refurbishment. Nothing major (everything worked) but just looked tatty.

Clean, modern hotel by the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Room was large and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa was good though quite cold around the spa area so didn’t lounge around for long. But nice warm indoor pool, jacuzzis and sauna. Breakfast buffet was fine. Usual choices of hot food, cereal, pastries, fruit, ham and cheese. Cooked food was quite cold a lot of the time, even when I had breakfast early. Lift didn’t work whilst I was there for 7 days so had to use the stairs. I’d recommend this hotel though as a reasonably good value beach resort.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Du personnel d'hôtel a l'équipe d'animations même les femmes de ménages rien a redire. Pour les animations du soir heureusement qu'il y avait carla pour traduire sinon c'est beaucoup en anglais et en espagnol . Sinon des activités toute la journée et des animations le soir et mini disco pour enfant, ou d'ailleurs les enfants sont rois ils s'éclatent. Pour le spa chauffé a 32.5degres pour nous un peu frais on aurait prefere plus chaud sinon tres propre bien entretenus nettoyage piscine spa vitres tout les jours . Pour les repas de tout et pour tout les goûts. Vraiment un très bon séjour je recommande.

The setting of hotel was excellent. The food was ok, but limited choice, we would not have liked to stay longer due to this. The restaurant was a little like a cafeteria due to not having drinks served, ok in day but not in evening. Dreadful placemats. Coffee etc dreadful. Poor quality alcohol. Dreadful plastic drinking cups. Food in snack bar was atrocious, it was put out about 12.00'and left all afternoon. I think it was more 3* than 4. Not very comfortable seats for evening and they were in rows, thus causing a no atmosphere aura.

En general el personal es muy amable y atento. La limpieza de la habitación es buena pero hay cosas que mejorar como las humedades de la sala habitaciones que afean la vista. Comida muy variada y sabrosa. En especial agradecer al camarero Cristian por ser siempre tan agradable y tener una sonrisa en su cara en todo momento.

The setting of hotel was excellent. The food was ok, but limited choice, we would not have liked to stay longer due to this. The restaurant was a little like a cafeteria due to not having drinks served, ok in day but not in evening. Dreadful placemats. Coffee etc dreadful. Poor quality alcohol. Dreadful plastic drinking cups. Food in snack bar was atrocious, it was put out about 12.00'and left all afternoon. I think it was more 3* than 4. Not very comfortable seats for evening and they were in rows, thus causing a no atmosphere aura.

En general el personal es muy amable y atento. La limpieza de la habitación es buena pero hay cosas que mejorar como las humedades de la sala habitaciones que afean la vista. Comida muy variada y sabrosa. En especial agradecer al camarero Cristian por ser siempre tan agradable y tener una sonrisa en su cara en todo momento.
