Lovely hotel. Perfect location. Walking distance to the old town.

Petit déjeuner correct pas extra. Hôtel propre mais un peu vieillot. Piscine pas chauffée hammam et jaccuzi en supplément mais proche du centre historique et parking pour petites voitures.

Rather a tired old hotel, lacking in amenities. Nothing special. E.g. no tea/coffee in room, no conditioner or lotion in bathroom, poor breakfast selection (and they didn't even refill the scrambled eggs once they were gone). Not sure how it's rated 4 star. Location was great, though.

Personnel charmant. Hôtel qualité prix très correct. Idéalement situé entre marina et ville. Piscine en terrasse et solarium très agréables

This hotel is clean, if a bit outdated, staff are good, however no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, pillows are very uncomfortable. There are no towels at the pool area, & the pool doesn’t open until 10am, the gym is very small. Position is close to main areas, & easy for walking around the town.

Ontbijt zeer beperkt, kamers zijn versleten en slecht onderhouden.

La chambre était propre et le personnel très accueillant. Cependant les murs sont très fins, et nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans les autres chambres. Nos voisins ont fait la fête jusqu’à tres tot le matin… difficile de passer une bonne nuit. Également le SPA est fermé le dimanche et le lundi, hors ce n’est indiqué nulle part. La piscine était fermée durant notre séjour, cela fait quand meme plusieurs points négatifs.

Hôtel propre et bien placé mais vraiment vieillot. Le lit n'est pas confortable et il manque une bouilloire avec du café etc. Cela me paraît être un minimum pour un 4 étoiles

This is rated as a four star hotel but does not feel four star at all. Location is great for Dalt Vila and the marina. The rooms are large and exceptionally clean, however a double room is 2 singles beds made up as single beds then pushed together. The beds are incredibly hard which made sleeping on them very uncomfortable, with one long pillow and one square cushion sized pillow. There are no temperature controls within the room, so it was either exceptionally hot during the night or extremely cold, I would dread to think how hot it will be in the middle of summer! The description on Expedia states that dressing gowns are provided in the rooms, this was not the case. The description also states luxury toiletries are provided in the bathroom, this was a handwash and shower gel. Amenities at the hotel state there was a roof top bar, this was not the case. The pool on the roof top was drained and had no water in it. Check in was quick, however we were not told anything about the hotel such as where the pool, games room, gym or spa could be located or that the pool was closed until Easter (this information was on the hotel’s website), we arrived on Easter Monday, the pool was still closed on Thursday. The hotel offers an airport transfer, Expedia states you need to contact the hotel 72 hours prior to arriving about this, they did not respond to any messages until the day of departure with taxi firms numbers and that the transfer was 80 euros for 3, there was 2 of us

Nice rooms and a nice hotel overall. Could do with an in room kettle and an ironing board somewhere in the hotel for flight crew to iron their shirts!

The hotel was cleaned and the staff were friendly, I will definitely stay there again 😊
