Hotel Serrano

Overall a clean convenient place about a mile from the Roman Bridge. Room was very small but clean. A couple of quirks. You need a separate Wi Fi code for each device not just one code for all of your devices. I spent twenty minutes thinking I was mistyping the code on my iPad. Also, the walls are thin and you’ll be able to hear your neighbors in the hallway very clearly. It didn’t bother me but keep in mind if you are a light sleeper.

hall, partie commune et chambre de l'hôtel très propre. service très bien, par contre très mal insonorisé. Nous entendions le moindre bruit du voisin de chambre. ainsi que des bruits de canalisations. literie très confortable.

Hotel adecuado para visitar Cordoba y evitsr aglomeraciones

Cordoba metro ve otobüs durağına 10dk yürüme mesafesinde, tertemiz odalarda, mis gibi nevresimlerde, kaliteli ürünlerle hizmet sunan bir Hostel. Beklentimin çok üstündeydi.

The Serrano is a budget hotel. The room was quite small and there was no refrigerator in the room. The walls aren’t soundproofed so you could hear things from the hallway and adjoining rooms. But I booked the Serrano because of the low price so you get what you pay for. The positives are that the hotel is very clean and in an excellent location. It isn’t in the historic section but it’s in the downtown area which gives you plenty of dining and shopping options. It is also only about a 10 minute walk to the train station. Most importantly, the Serrano is only about a 15 minute walk from the Mezquita and Roman bridge. In addition, the staff at the hotel were friendly, professional, and helpful. I arrived 3-4 hours before check-in time and they let me check- in early. I was very grateful for that. I would strongly recommend this hotel to folks like me who are looking to save a few bucks, but still get a safe, decent place to stay

Good value for money

This was within 15 minutes walk of both the bus station and train station so it was easy to get to. The main cultural area of the city is also only about 20 minutes walk away. There are bars/restaurants close by. The bed was comfortable and the room was fine. We had an internal room so couldn’t see out etc. I had a good nights sleep but would not have done without ear plugs. The walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything going on in other rooms.

Hotel cómodo, limpio, bien situado y con personal muy amable. En lo negativo: mal aislamiento acústico entre habitaciones y la cisterna no tiene la opción de vaciar solo media, con lo cual cada vez que tiras sale muchísima agua, demasiada.

Relación calidad y precio mala, dado q la habitación era muy ruidosa debido a los ruidos del exterior se hacía difícil descansar. No tenía secador de pelo y la habitación individual bastante pequeña por cierto. No volvería a este alojamiento, muy caro para lo q ofrece.

El cuarto que me dieron estaba infestado de chinches de cama. Al notificarlo me cambiaron de cuarto pero a mi compañera de cuarto ya le habían picado. Cuando pedimos auxilio médico la directora del hotel Marta Serrano, nos corrió del hotel diciendo que seguramente nosotros habíamos llevado las chinches por ser mexicanas (yo jamás había visto una chinche en mi vida y en ese hotel salían hasta de las almohadas, tengo video). La directora del hotel además de corrernos tuvo un trato vejatorio y xenófobo (tenemos audio de la conversación). Tuvimos que acudir al hospital por nuestra cuenta donde determinaron que sí eran picaduras de chinche de cama. Es la peor experiencia que he tenido en mi vida. Jamás me habían tratado asi en un hotel en el que PAGUÉ por mi estancia y un cuarto limpio. No solo no recomiendo este lugar, sino que además pondremos una denuncia por la violencia ejercida.
