No sabría qué destacar en primer lugar de Silken Puerta Valencia, cuidan hasta el más mínimo detalle, calidad máxima, cualquier petición es atendida, limpieza y cuidado de las instalaciones extraordinario, variedad del desayuno..., podría seguir escribiendo bondades sobre este establecimiento y nuestra estancia en él. Le sejour est juste convenable. Voyageant à titre professionnel, mes frais sont remboursés sur présentation des factures.Il a été impossible pour l'hôtel, 4 étoiles tout de même, de me produire une facture prétextant que l'achat avait été fait sur le site d'Expédia, société mère du site Hotels.com. Pour information, je me souviens d'avoir réservé un hôtel sur ce même de site pour un séjour d'une semaine à Sydney en Australie. Il n'y avait eu aucun problème pour l'Holiday Inn de me produite une facture, là encore pour un remboursement.
La question est un peu "philosophique", à quoi doit-on s'attendre comme service 4 étoiles au Silken Hotel puerta Valencia?

Habitación y baño amplios y limpio. Disponibilidad de parking con transporte publico cerca para llegar al centro. Lo único malo a comentar es que hay pocos ascensores cuando hay alta ocupación. A veces toca subir con carga por las escaleras por no esperar mucho tiempo.

The air conditioning was supposedly working fine but our room got more humid the longer our stay progressed as well as hot. We all had to sleep above the sheets with a window open. Bathrooms have been remodeled to look modern and new but this is an old hotel and it shows when you pay attention. Staff at the front desk were very nice but just not a great hotel. Seek elsewhere.

Kamer was netjes en schoon!
Alleen hadden wij de romantische setting erbij geboekt €30 voor een paar rozenblaadjes vind is wel heel prijzig.
De tv deed het niet goed en de wifi was ook niet super.
Verder was alles heel goed, eten was lekker en vers.
Personeel heel aardig
Verder was alles super te doen.
Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

I had a great stay at Hotel Silken. The spaciousness of my room was quite appealing. The shower was roomy with a raintree head and water pressure was very good.
Checkin was quick. The hotel did not have bell service, self service with a wheel cart to transport my luggage to my room. No biggy though.
Hotel staff were helpful and attentive.
Room had a mini fridge, toiletries, and good smelling liquid soap and shampoo.
Breakfast was included with hot/cold dishes; fruits and pastries. All with good selections. Coffee, teas, espresso and milk & yogurts.
The area was more residential but a few stores & markets were near by. I ate at a wonderful Asian cafe around the corner from the hotel. Public buses near by and the no. 4 takes you to the center of town and to the beach. All wonderful.
Oh on Monday there is an open flea market, things are so cheap and good quality. I would stay again.

We’ve been travelling around Portugal and Spain for the past month and have been staying at various hotels. (Beautiful countries but haven’t been impressed with customer service and staff at restaurants, hotels and stores compared to our country Canada). The service at this hotel was great, especially the lovely lady who checked us in who was friendly, professional and helpful. (Also convenient the staff spoke English). The hotel rooms and bathrooms are clean, spacious and updated, bed and pillows very comfortable. 20 min walk to historic town and heart of Valencia. Would stay again and recommend it. Our friends we’re travelling with also agree this hotel was one of our favourites during our trip.
