Hotel Siroco - Adults Only

We enjoyed our mini break and the serenity area was very relaxing. Rooms were clean staff attentive and friendly. There was plenty of variety with the food at mealtimes. Prices for drinks were reasonable too. One thing I would add, is that the pool could do with a bit of maintenance .

Liked: - the abundance of breakfast options - friendly and helpful staff Disliked: - uncomfortable beds, hard sofa - my room was overlooking the animation area/bar, so it was extremely noisy

Hotel sympa , rehaussé par l animateur du bingo tres jovial, grand appartement lits confortables,par contre pas de climatisation ni ventilateur au plafond ni store sur la terrasse, du coup impossible dy acceder avant le soir, l accueil pourrait etre plus chaleureux 10 euros pour 1h de tennis me semble beaucoup pour un court non entretenu ni occupé, ca aurait du etre compris dans le prix de la location Buffet petit dej tres bien avec beaucoup de choix

Siroco's location is on the edge of the main holiday area so is very quiet and the clientele is more cosmopolitan than Costa Teguise, which makes it more interesting. Within a very short distance is a good range of decent supermarkets and other shops, cafes and bars plus the beach area. The coastal path that takes you up to around10 kilometres to the west is delightful. The staff at reception are so professional and helpful. The breakfast and evening dinner are self-service buffets with a wide range of so many mouth-watering dishes that change every night, so are truly excellent value.

Lovely clean hotel with great breakfast. Pool area always had plenty of beds and the snack bar served great pizzas. Really enjoyed our stay here

Really nice hotel … we had a 2 bed premium room on the Serenity side which was adequately equipped and comfortable. Short 10/15 min walk to centre of town. Only negative was on check out there was no courtesy/shower room as we had an evening flight. Otherwise a great stay.

Très bien situé pour acceder aux plages et aux bus. Très propre et confortable. Chambre premium située dans la zone "sérénité " extra. Wifi correct. Dommage que le coffre soit une option payante. Superbe piscine. Très bon petit-déjeuner buffet anglais Clientèle majoritairement anglaise (du nord), allemande et hollandaise.

Booked a room with a kitchenette by the pool. Very pleasant and practical for my needs.

There were a number of good points about the hotel but also a number of negative issues that affected our stay. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel couldn't be faulted, everywhere was spotlessly clean and grounds well maintained and painted. The hotel had a peaceful and tranquil air and accessibility to all areas was good. Sunbeds weren't unlocked until 10:00 so no early morning clatter from the pool area. There are a number of issues however that we feel need addressing. We requested a twin room on an upper floor but weren't told until very late that all the twin rooms were on the ground floor for some inexplicable reason. The ground floor rooms have very little privacy, as soon as you open the curtains you are aware that everyone around the pool is looking in! The rooms are also very stuffy at night, there is no air-conditioning and obviously you can't leave the sliding doors or windows open for ventilation. We didn't discover that fans could be hired from an outside company until our last day. It would appear that the hotel is well aware of the issue but don't want to acknowledge it. The other main issue is the quality of the breakfast, it was included in the room rate but was frankly very poor. The fruit juices were clearly the cheapest they could fine and the hot beverages only marginally better. The overall quality of the food seemed very poor. Fortunately we were not on half board!

Lovely quiet resort very clean, high standard and had a great stay. Hotel let us use the pool for the whole day after checking out - very impressed - would recommend.

Good location and an easy walk to the centre. Staff are very friendly, service excellent. Nice and peaceful around the pool. Definitely recommend an adult only property.

Sehr nette & gepflegte Hotelanlage. Sauberkeit top. Zustand der Einrichtung und er Zimmer ebenfalls. Zimmer/Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Kleine Küchenzeile enthält alles was man braucht: Wasserkocher, Toaster vorhanden, großer Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Herdplatten, Geschirr etc. Badezimmer sauber. Reinigung kommt in der Seranty-Area 4x/Woche. Essens-Auswahl in Ordnung. Auf Anfrage glutunfreies Brot u.a. Sonderwünsche.

Stanze molto carine attorno alla piscina e colazione ben assortita! Peccato solo la mancanza dell’aria condizionata nella camera anche se durante il ns. soggiorno, fortunatamente, non c’è ne sarebbe stato quasi mai bisogno

Obwohl unser Zimmer nicht den Bildern entsprach (trotzdem war alles da, was wir brauchten) und etwas in die Jahre gekommen war, konnten wir den Aufenthalt gut genießen. Das Personal und der Service sind hervorragend. Wichtig zu wissen: Es gibt zwei Bereiche im Hotel. Als "normaler" Gast hat man nicht überall Zugang, da müsste man draufzahlen um z.B. zum zweiten Pool zu gelangen. Das war uns im Vorhinein nicht klar.

It was hot and stuffy, no A/C and no fans in the room. I had no sleep and had to have cold showers in the middle of the night to try and keep cool. Glad i was only there one night, or i would have checked out the next day anyway.
