The staff is excellent and always accommodating. The breakfast option is worth the price. There is a lot of variety and the coffee is delicious. The front desk staff was particularly helpful, whether it was for directions, dining recommendations, or which beach you might prefer. The beach towels they offer are large and good quality. The room was nice. Besides the comfortable bed, the next best was the shower.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and had a lovely view of the Cathedral. The breakfast wasn't amazing but the staff were very kind and helpful. Plus the room was so comfortable. It is well positioned for the beach and old town.

Room was far less than expected. Check-in was difficult and staff was not helpful. This is a 2 star hotel at best and something that would be similar to a train station adjacent motel. There are many fine options in this city and it is a wonderful city. I would not recommend this hotel. Also the coffee pot cord was not able to reach the wall and we found a hairs in the bed (not ours). We did not try food here. The hotel needs and update and I think it is past its prime at this point. The staff did not listen to our concerns and just made excuses for issues.

Walkable to Old Town and our Pinxtos tour and the beach. Breathtaking sunsets at Playa de la Concha. Our guest room had 2 balconies which afforded great photo opportunities. Loved hearing sounds of the city street below while doors were open. Beautiful bathroom with lots of natural light. Staff was very efficient during check in process (we had reserved 3 separate guest rooms). Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

Loved looking out at the Cathedral from our window! Both women at the front desk went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed….dinner reservations, hike suggestions, etc, etc. wonderful experience!
