Tout était parfait !!!! Chambre calme, bien isolée, pas de lumière la nuit, petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux, emplacement parfait, accueil et services parfait.

Absolutely top drawer….complete convenience and an amazing view from the pool area, I suspect on of the best. Had real concerns that the rooftop would be too busy but quite the opposite. Fabulous bar service up there at reasonable prices and even asked who our favourite artist was so they could play music through the system whilst we enjoyed lavender gin cocktails…..seriously superb and unbelievable value 👌thanks to the incredible staff

Staff was wonderful! Helpful & cheerful! Loved the breakfast buffet and coffee! Rooftop area with lounges and tables & pool was perfect late afternoon and for enjoying the moonlight on the Cathedral. Loved it! we’ll be back!

The staff were tremendously helpful with activity suggestions, recommendations for dining, and car rental. A variety of options were available for breakfast. Room was not huge, but big enough. Location is excellent.

We loved the breakfast buffet (looked forward to the different savory + sweet bites every morning), friendly staff, and sunsets on the rooftop terrace! Location is perfect for exploring Seville's main attractions such as the Cathedral and Royal Alcazar. It was very hot throughout our 4-night visit so wished the air-conditioning could be turned on higher after coming back from a long day in the sun - that said, it was not a problem after settling in and the eco-friendliness is so appreciated. Our room was very comfortable and clean!

très bon séjour dans ce petit hôtel intimiste du centre ville, proche de tout. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable (et donne de bons conseils). Le petit déjeuner est également super, tout comme la piscine sur le toit.

Truly Exceptional – A 3-Star Hotel That Feels Like So Much More From the moment I stepped into the building, I was completely blown away. For a 3-star hotel, this place far exceeded every expectation. The reception area, though not huge, is absolutely spectacular—stylish, modern, and immaculately presented. It gave an immediate sense of quality and care that set the tone for the rest of the stay. What truly made this experience unforgettable was the staff. Without doubt, the most helpful and genuinely welcoming team I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. Sergio, Joanna, and others went out of their way to make everything perfect—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. And then there’s the rooftop. A stunning pool with panoramic views stretching across the city, including a breathtaking view of the cathedral just a stone’s throw away. It’s the kind of place you could spend hours relaxing, soaking in the atmosphere above the city. I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It may be rated 3 stars, but in every way that matters, it delivers a 5-star experience.

Die Betten waren OK, bloß für mich mit 190 cm zu kurz. Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeit für Sachen. In der Nähe gab es ein großes gastronomisches Angebot Das inkludierte Frühstück war sehr bescheiden, beinhaltet war lediglich ein Getränk.

This boutique hotel checks all the boxes. Great location, very nice rooms with a safe, mini fridge, air conditioning, and an incredible fresh breakfast with a large variety of items. The staff were all helpful no matter what our questions were. The pool was a great little retreat from the midday heat.

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at Joya del Casco, a beautiful boutique hotel perfectly located just a stone’s throw from Seville’s magnificent Cathedral. From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by Elena, a charming receptionist, who not only made check-in a breeze but also took the time to give us a detailed overview of the city’s highlights. Her recommendations for local restaurants were spot on, and we thoroughly enjoyed each one we tried. Our room—and the hotel overall—was beautifully designed and immaculately kept, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style that made our stay truly memorable. Breakfast each morning was a delight, with a generous and varied spread. We were greeted by another stunning receptionist whose warm hospitality and effortless poise made us feel incredibly well looked after. One of the standout features of the hotel is the rooftop pool, which boasts breathtaking views over the city—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Seville is an amazing city, full of life, culture, and history. When we return—and we most certainly will—Joya del Casco will be our first choice. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Excelente opción de hotel. Cerca de todo. Muy bien aprovechado todo el espacio. El servicio es espectacular. Se desviven por hacerte pasar un buen tiempo en Sevilla. El desayuno es magnífico y se acordaron de todas nuestras peticiones. La cama, almohadas y baño me gustaron mucho. Volvería aquí sin dudarlo. Gracias!
