Horrible ,lamentable,sucio, ruidoso,la atención del personal fue pésimas, el recesionista ,sin zapatos ,con los pies ,en suelo ,

Es un engaño no es un hostal es un albergue mala limpieza , te entiende en árabe con mala atención el sitio huele horrible un solo baño con mala limpieza y l dirección no corresponde a la que está registrada no hay el sitio es un engaño no reserven

Arnaque!! À fuir!! Ne correspond en rien au descriptif!

Everything ok

This was by far the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The posting is very misleading as the hostel doesn’t look anything like the photos provided. There is no signage or indication of the hostel from the street. You have to knock on a door and you’re let into what looks like someone’s personal kitchen. There's a small, dirty kitchen with the owners sitting in folding chairs, 2 dorms, and 2 bathrooms. Both dorms are extremely crammed in with almost no space. Your head will be directly against someone’s foot in an adjacent bed. Any time someone moves the entire bunk bed structure shakes violently. The entire hostel is infested with bugs and mold. Turning the light on in the bathroom and kitchen during the night, I was surprised to see dozens of insects scatter. There are dead bugs smashed into the ceiling. Additionally, there’s no lock on the hostel door so anyone from the street can walk in any time. You are not given a key. There is nowhere to store your belongings as well. Very unsafe. When I stayed, there was a woman who appeared to be homeless awake from 3:30 to 7:30 in the morning loudly cooking in the kitchen, producing a putrid and rotting smell of meat throughout the entire hostel. I have video and photo evidence of mold covering ceilings, insects, and intolerable living conditions. I will be seeking out a refund from Expedia. This is an absolute embarrassment to the platform and I’m sure violates many Spanish health codes.

La verdad muy fea la estancia no se muestra como la aplicación lo describe. Muy muy feo u nada seguro

Un sitio tranquilo con colchones super cómodos, amplio espacio de parking gratuito en frente del alojamiento, encargados ambles y responsables, limpio y seguro.

Dudo que sea legal como lo tienen. 12 personas en espacio mínimo, estiras el brazo y te toca la persona de la otra cama, llegas por la noche y hay alguien en tu cama, parece que no han trabajado en alojamientos en la vida...

Si miren yo reservé para el sábado únicamente para ir a dormir después de una larga jornada de trabajo, una vez echa la reserva me salio el contacto para llamar, les comenté que terminaría yo sobre las 23:30 a lo que me respondieron que después de las 22:30 no me recibirían y como favor me devolvian el importe menos 4€ de comision que se llevaría la pagina de hoteles.com. De modo que, me quede sin sitio para ir a dormir ese día con las consecuencias que tuve que afrontar después.

O have been living for 15 years in Madrid and relocate to France.Back in the city for some administrative issue i have to find a place to sleep.As it was week end all prices were high. So i end up booking this place as it was the cheapest. Trust me in my whole time in Madrid i have never seen a place worst than this. As a new immigrant to Spain in the 90' i had to sleep in shelters(Simancas) but there were much more clean and better than this place. Honnestly this place is not a hostel it is A IMMIGRANTS ,HOMELESS AND DRUG ADDICTS WHO PERMANENTLY LIVE IN MADRID SHELTER. They would probably pay 10€ if they can afford to have a bed an some water to take a bath in a while. The place is a garage turn in 2 rooms .One room has 12 people-4 beds of 3 places and the other 9 people. Only 2 toilets. The place smell (shoes and people farting at night). Atop of that you have fleas all over. Honestly for free i would not sleep there . I stay seated the whole night and at 10 oclock i left and throw the clothes i have on. In the metro i continue to kill fleas.

Es un alojamiento tranquilo recién reformado, con camas confortables, wifi de alta velocidad gratis, dos baños, una cocina completa con lavadora y nevera grande. Es perfecto para pasar la noche en tranquilidad sin tener que pagar mucho. Los encargados hacen todo para asegurar que te sientas en casa. Está bien comunicado por transporte público y la zona tiene varias opciones para comer además de supermercados cerca.
