I had an exceptional stay at the Mercure Barcelona Condor. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and truly looked after. I had a lot of basic things to sort out—directions, local tips, transport questions—and they were incredibly patient and helpful every time.
What really stood out was their thoughtfulness on my departure day. My flight was early, and I was going to miss breakfast. Without me even asking, they packed me a picnic to take along—such a kind and unexpected gesture.
The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-located, but it’s the people who made the experience special. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Barcelona.

A very nice hotel and great staff, the only problem is that my room 502 does not have a door in the toilet/bathroom, if you go there somebody else sitting in the living room can simply observe all your experience up there, which is maybe ok but for some people requiring some privacy it is a disaster. What you have is a piece of glass like door that is drawn from side to side and vere covers the full stretch of the doorway, so if you drw it to the end of one side, the other side displays a two inch gap and the other way round.

Je déplore le fait qu'avec une réservation de 3 lits simples (formules proposées), qu'ils n'aient pas été de la même qualité. Le 3ème était un lit d'appoint et donc le matelas de moins bonne qualité que les 2 autres.

Accueil limite médiocre. télévision qui fonctionne ce mal avec une image qui se brouille tout c le temps et des remontées d égout dans la salle de bain je suis parti avant la fin de mon séjour je suis allée dans un autre hôtel et aussi c le mini frigo ne refroidit pas j ai payé caque nuit 163 euros et ça ne le vaut pas
