We requested an apartment close to the ADULT pool. Which we got, very impressive sea views. Apartments are basic but always clean and comfortable. Would recommend apartment 144 to everyone.

I love this property because it was remote enough that you don't hear noise of other tourists walking past. The apartment was lovely, large in space for 2 adults and 2 children. And the views of the balcony are to die for

Had a great time! Nice pool area with a fun and chill poolside vibe- music, drinks, billiard — if you’d rather have peace and quiet there’s an adult pool as well with amazing views, however no shade there. It’s a pity that they close the adult pool at 5pm since it’s the only place on the property where you can watch the sunset unless you have a west/ocean facing balcony. We had a studio facing north, also nice but note that the pics on hotels.com and the website are only of 1-bedrooms — the studios are a lot smaller. Another little minus is the fact that the bed was in fact two single beds on wheels (?) and quite “noisy” whenever your turned. All in all it’s a really charming hotel though. I can recommend the restaurant Calma just a few blocks away (Balkan food if you get tired of tapas).

I booked this at the very last minute like 2 days before, generally the hotel is nice, staff were friendly and drinks not expensive Nice sized room, usual twin beds We had to go down quite a lot of stairs to get to our room, fine if your young not quite so if your not Also the hotel is quite a way from the the sea front down a very steep hill and over some busy roads So keep this in mind if you have mobility issues We ended up taking a lot of taxis Also when you get to the sea front there is a lot of steps to reach the bars and restaurants

Our room was a side room and had a lovely sea view, the balcony was a good size to sit on and get the last rays of sun. The rooms were cleaned almost everyday and were nice and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were all friendly, and the pool staff were so accommodating.

I booked with Neptuno for a seven night stay as I was looking for somewhere away from the noise of the main clubs and it had the option of self-catering. I paid slightly more for a superior room which offered views of the ocean and sunset. The hotel was fairly easy to find following two buses from Tenerife South airport. The gentleman on reception was friendly and welcoming when I arrived and didn't ask for the 150 euro deposit. I was given a map and shown how to access my apartment for the week. Upon first glance, the reception and hotel was well maintained and clean. However, the following days showed that there were signs of wear and tear and general maintenance was required. I stayed in apartment 126 and would recommend this apartment for the fantastic views. Although tidy, there were some areas less clean than others. The curtains and sofabed hadn't been cleaned for some time as was apparent by the amount of dust which was clear when closing the curtains or sitting on the sofa. The kitchen was well equipped although both the kettle and toaster had seen better days. The kettle had so much limescale around the top, the lid couldn't be opened. The toaster had a large dent in the side. There was no oven but plenty of utensils available and enough plates and cutlery for four people. Overall there were issues with the apartment but I had a plesant and peaceful stay.

Loved the peaceful location and surroundings. Pools were lovely as was the pool bar. Very close to large Mercadona and lovely walk to town and beaches. The uphill walk back was a challenge but kept us fit. The apartment was clean but very dated. Would need a new kitchen. Beds not very comfortable

Booked a room with ocean or pool view. Didn't get either. Furniture in the room was very tired and sofa bed not really suitable for sleeping on. Also, walls are paper thin so you can hear every conversation your neighbours have + them walking in and out of their apartments. Pool/bar area was nice with reasonably priced drinks and food. Just a shame that both pools close at 5pm.

Chouette appart,assez spacieux pour 2 pers,et fonctionnelle. Nous étions bien placé avec une terrasse et la vue sur le coucher de soleil :) Juste manque un peu de vaisselles, surtout couverts. Avons loué un garage,par manque de place de stationnement dans la rue. Belle et grande piscine. Une autre plus petite avec superbe vue sur la mer et son couché de soleil. Mais normalement, cette piscine et adult only, mais pas trop de respect a ce niveau là...des enfants qui braillent et des ados qui plongent... Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette établissement.

Another little minus is the fact that the bed was in fact two single beds on wheels (?) and quite “noisy” whenever your turned. All in all it’s a really charming hotel though. I can recommend the restaurant Calma just a few blocks away (Balkan food if you get tired of tapas).

Chouette appart,assez spacieux pour 2 pers,et fonctionnelle. Nous étions bien placé avec une terrasse et la vue sur le coucher de soleil :) Juste manque un peu de vaisselles, surtout couverts. Avons loué un garage,par manque de place de stationnement dans la rue. Belle et grande piscine. Une autre plus petite avec superbe vue sur la mer et son couché de soleil. Mais normalement, cette piscine et adult only, mais pas trop de respect a ce niveau là...des enfants qui braillent et des ados qui plongent... Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette établissement.

Slitent hotell. Vinduer som ikke kunne lukkes og var støyende i vinden. Dårlig utstyrt kjøkken( 1 vinglass, få skjeer, kniver).
