NH Collection Sevilla

The hotel was good.Rooms and ok…not extremely big but ok. A great choice at breakfast time.I only suggest to buy a coffee machine that the client can do themselves the cappuccino.I had to ask every morning for one,and not every member of staff could do it.Pool was ok. Staff was very helpful.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Actually due to late change of plans it was 3 individual bookings. However staff member at check in was able to sort it that I could stay in same room all 3 nights, with very little time taken to sort it. Hotel was really good, about 20 minute walk from Santa Justa station. Decent enough area with a few bars & restaurants. Hotel was really clean & modern. Had breakfast and it was good quality food, though was pretty busy in the dining area. Would stay here in Seville again

Otel yeni şehirde,eski şehire yürüyerek 25-30 dakika,otel girişi güzel temiz kokuyor fakat odada ve banyoda böcek vardı,camlar ve çerçeveler toz içinde,oda mobilyaları toz içinde,nh otele yakıştıramadım,kahvaltı salonu kapalı bir alanda,yeteriz,haşlanmış yumurta içleri kahverengi olmuş,otel yanında büyük market var altı otopark..eski şehire bilinen taksi uygulaması ile gidebilirsiniz..otel arka tarafında üniversite ve 4-5 bar mevcut

L'avevo già letto su altre prenotazioni ed è capitato anche a me. Ho prenotato una camera superior New Style con letto matrimoniale e quando siamo arrivati alle 8 di sera ci è stato detto che di New Style avevano solo la camera con i letti singoli e che all'atto della prenotazione c'era scritto che la camera New Style matrimoniale ra in base alla disponibilità. Qua c'è qualche problema di comunicazione perché se io pago per una cosa pretendo che sia quello. Lo hanno fatto anche con altri quindi è un'abitudine di questo albergo, ma è più semplice di quello che sembra, quando finisci le camere matrimoniali New Style, finisci di venderle sennò sei scorretto. Ci hanno dato una camera matrimoniale che puzzava di chiuso ed era stata pulita male. Erano le 8 di sera e dopo 600 km di auto non avevo più voglia di discutere. Il giorno dopo hanno pulito, ma il giorno dopo ancora hanno pulito male sia il bagno che la camera.

Excellent stay . We had a problem with a payment on our credit card and Christina from customer relations went above and beyond to solve it . What a lovely lady and a great asset to the hotel !! We were worried about the distance to the sights in Seville but these were quickly eased on using the excellent tram service at 1.40 euros each . The journey only took a matter of minutes . We got the bus back to the airport for 6 euros each and again easy to access near the hotel . Would definitely stay here again .

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a malheureusement été décevant. À notre arrivée pour le check-in à 15h, la chambre n’était pas prête et nous avons dû attendre. L’agent d’accueil a insinué que nous étions arrivés trop tôt, alors que mon statut VIP me permet d’accéder à la chambre dès 12h. Une fois dans la chambre, nous avons constaté plusieurs manquements : un seul peignoir et une seule bouteille d’eau alors que nous étions deux. Malgré ma demande, on ne nous a apporté que des serviettes, sous prétexte qu’en raison d’un congrès, il n’y avait plus de peignoirs disponibles. De plus, le lit n’était pas adapté pour deux personnes et n’avait pas été sécurisé correctement. Je séjourne régulièrement dans cette chaîne et j’ai toujours été satisfaite, mais cet établissement n’a pas été à la hauteur du niveau de service auquel je suis habituée.

We stayed in a junior suite at the NH Collection Sevilla and had a fantastic experience. The suite was perfect for our group of three people and two dogs—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out with a separate living area. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and it was great to have an extra bed set up without feeling cramped. The bathroom was lovely, with double sinks, a bath and shower, a separate toilet, and everything felt recently renovated. The rooftop terrace by the pool was a highlight—bar staff kindly served us lunch there even though we arrived just before the kitchen closed. Pool are was nice and clean and well maintained. Pool not huge, but enough to keep cool and was nice being on the rooftop for the city views. They were welcoming and very accommodating throughout our stay. We also appreciated the late checkout, which was granted with no fuss. The hotel is a little out of the city centre, but that worked for us as we were driving a high-top van and needed accessible parking. The secure underground garage (2.2m height limit) was perfect—easy to access and directly below the hotel. Overall, a great stay. Comfortable, well-managed, and with friendly service. We’d definitely stay again and always enjoy the NH Collection experience.

Fue una estancia movida, cuando volví por la tarde habían hecho la cama pero no habían limpiado ni aseado la habitación, lo comenté en recepción y enseguida vino la responsable del hotel, se solucionó rápido y al pagar en la cafetería estaba invitada. Al día siguiente también se interesó para saber si estaba todo bien. También tuve problemas con el ambientador de las áreas comunes en la planta baja, estaba muy fuerte y se pegaba a la garganta y también lo solucionaron. Fueron muy atentos. Las habitaciones geniales, el desayuno estupendo y el personal súper amable y atento
