Novotel Sevilla

No tuvimos buena experiencia. Nos faltaron pertenencias de la habitación y si bien lo planteamos de forma muy respetuosa y sin acusar a nadie, pero con la certeza de que no las perdimos si no que nos las sacaron de la habitación, la respuesta fue nula. Cero predisposición a ayudarnos. Además, el hotel huele muy mal

Séjour août 2025. Très accessible, nous sommes à 20 /25 minutes à pieds du centre de Seville. Chambre pour 4 très petite, très peu de rangements pour les vêtements. Literie ok pour les adultes mais literie moyenne pour les enfants( clic clac) niveau propreté ok, la femme de ménage passe tous les jours. La salle de bain, baignoire glissante, eau chaude variante ( l eau change de température et devient brûlante au point de ne pas pouvoir rester dessous) joints sales, par contre serviettes changées tous le jours. Piscine très petite pour le nombre possible de personnes dans l hôtel, il n y a qu une quinzaine de transats, et une vingtaine de grands sièges. Ascenseur: attente très longue pour pouvoir le prendre. Odeur au -2 ( parking) insoutenable. Petit déjeuner compliqué : pas assez de places pour tout le monde donc nous devons faire la queue pour accéder à la salle malgré la grande plage horaire. Personnel accueillant et gentil. Nous avons pris l option demi pension, 3 choix de plats en entrée, 3 choix de plats en plat principal et 3 choix en dessert et différents chaque jour. Par contre pour les enfants, juste 3 choix possible mais toujours la même chose. Cet hôtel vaut pour ma part 3 étoiles et non 4. De meilleures prestations au Novotel Lisboa que nous avons fait l année dernière.

We had a great stay at this Novotel. The location is good with amenities close by and the old town and popular sites around 30min walk. Reception area is modern and clean, staff are very friendly. Rooms are good value, clean and tidy. They aren't as modern as other Novotel rooms, but are well equipped. Breakfast has a good selection of quality food. Other reviews has put this down, we felt is was very good. Although it does get very busy after 9am. The pool area is fantastic and a great addition to this hotel. The rooftop bar is also a welcomed treat. We did find the pool water itself a little cloudy.

Wonderful location, good for families. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The room I bought were for 4 but there is a place for only 3 :(

대형 건물에 부속되어 있어서 주차장 찾아 들어가는데 한바퀴 돌아봐야 했다. 중심부와 조금 떨어져 있기는 해서 도보 이동은 조금 부담스러운 위치이다. 고급스러운 호텔은 아님을 감수해야 하고, 하루 자고 가는 무난한 호텔로 생각하면 될 듯 하다.

Bien ubicado. Desayuno podría mejorar. Las instalaciones ya algo viejas. El cuarto olía a humedad.

Bathroom grout needs a thorough cleaning Washcloth would help Breakfast menu needs lots of imagination and improvement Coffee pots/ French press would be appreciated

O hotel é muito bem localizado fazendo parte de um complexo onde tem um shopping com carrefur e lojas grandes como Zara. O quarto era bem amplo e confortável para 4 pessoas. O café da manhã além de variado, delicioso. Tivemos dificuldade para encontrar o estacionamento, que está na estrutura do shopping, porém fomos bem orientados pela atenciosa recepcionista. Amamos a estadia!

Staff could be a bit more helpful when I asked about where to park in the city center etc. they kept saying they didn’t know and I got the feeling that they weren’t interested in helping. Other hotels would’ve called around or tried to look up online to get the answers we needed.

En general todo muy bien, tanto el personal, la habitación como el desayuno. Quizás mejorable el baño…

Hotel room was too small. Location was convenient and walkable. Breakfast was just ok.

Albergo bello e pulito , il personale non dà le dovute informazioni in modo sempre corretto . Posizione a pochi passi dalla metro e da diverse fermate di bus e tram , ma non centralissimo. Nel complesso la struttura l’ho trovata buona

Los funcionarios fueron muy amables y educados. Habitación amplia y limpia. Buena ubicación, cerca de un centro comercial. Desayuno con muchas opciones
