The room was really cute and I was so happy with the balcony I had. It had everything I needed like a fridge and kettle and the bathroom was really nice, some small black spots in the shower but nothing that I was bothered by. The building itself is very cute. My only complaint is that the walls are extremely thin. I loved that they offer earplugs but neighbours coming home at 4-5am made the walls vibrate and transcended the earplugs. This could of course be a personal experience and your neighbours may be more respectful but other than that, it was a lovely stay and I can’t wait to return.

Sehr Zentrale Unterkunft mit vielen Möglichkeiten der Verpflegung im Umkreis. Außerdem war die Metro direkt vor der Türe.
Schöner kleiner Balkon mit Platz für zwei.
Sauberkeit des Zimmers war leider nicht vollumfänglich gegeben. Das Bad war an manchen Stellen offensichtlich nicht gründlich geputzt.
Die Wände waren teilweise verdreckt und ehemalige Löcher nur provisorisch verschlossen.

Numa offered an extremely central stay on a beautiful walking street with a spacious room.
However there was a smell on the whole floor and in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan was very loud, the paint was peeling on many of the walls. Overall the finishing was rundown and poor quality.
There are no closets, no extra pillows, no extra towels and they clean once a week.

This was rated as a four-star hotel and it's honestly two stars at best. Upon arrival we had to have them fixed the shower head and the shower hose that sprayed all over the bathroom they also had to repair three tiles on the floor that were loose causing a trip hazard. Location is nice close to lots of transportation and restaurants. If you need help there's no human contact only through WhatsApp and slow to respond. The bedroom wall wasn't even painted just broken concrete that had been patched. I would advise caution before checking in here.

Wir haben zunächst Zimmer 5 erhalten, wurden beim Betreten jedoch direkt von einem extrem unangenehmen, beißenden Geruch empfangen. Dieser ging offensichtlich vom Badezimmer aus, das stark nach Schimmel und Unsauberkeit roch. Der Geruch verbreitete sich im gesamten Zimmer, sodass ein Aufenthalt dort für uns nicht möglich war.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass der Gastgeber sehr schnell und freundlich auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert hat. Uns wurde umgehend ein alternatives Zimmer (Nr. 7) zur Verfügung gestellt. Dort gab es keinen starken Geruch mehr, was den Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer machte. Allerdings war auch hier ein leicht muffiger Geruch im Badezimmer wahrnehmbar, und die Einrichtung sowie die Sanitäranlagen wirkten insgesamt veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig.
Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Lage des Hotels – alles war bequem fußläufig erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt insgesamt aufgewertet hat. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit unkompliziert und positiv.
Insgesamt eine gemischte Erfahrung: Toller Service und sehr gute Lage, jedoch deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf bei Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Badezimmer.

It was very nice with the balcony that showed a nice view. The only issue I had was i couldn’t figure out how to control the heating, but i called and they tryed to help me. I didnt quite understand how to work it but overall it was amazing!!!

Excellent location, and nice interior design of the room and public spaces. Walking distance to major tourist attractions. Plenty of dining options in the area. Contactless check-in and check-out worked well. The balcony is very pleasant, and facing historical buildings.
The shower seems to have limited amounts of hot water, barely sustained for one person’s shower. You’ll have to wait for a while for the warm water to be ready again.

We loved the location of The Numa Roca , situated right next to underground which was very easy to navigate . The bed was very comfy, the air con was good & it was quiet at night . We loved the little balcony & had our breakfast box on their each morning , There were surprise pastries every morning , a nice sandwich Orange juice , fruit , biscuits & a yoghurt . Very good value & a really nice touch . Only negatives was the hanging space was tiny and only a couple of feet off ground ! The full length mirror was situated in the darkest part of room & would have been better placed next to window wall . Shower fine ! On the whole all good!

Great location, quiet but still close enough to the action if you want to eat out or shop. Was also near the metro. Place itself was beautiful - comfy bed, nice patio, and even stained glass windows for that extra touch of heaven. Just what you need for a holiday in Barcelona.
