Encantador Hotel junto a la Plaza del Obradoiro y a espaldas del Parador Nacional. Lo mejor, su ubicación, en pleno corazón de Santiago. La habitación muy bien (aunque se hubiera agradecido que tuviera una mininevera), el único pero era que en el baño no hubiera repisa para dejar las cosas.

In warmer weather the rooms in the front need air conditioning. Overnight it was too warm to keep the window closed, and too loud outside to keep it open. Every conversation, the work trucks, the trash being collected, every small noise was amplified in the square. It was too loud to sleep.

Toilet was broken and they could not fix it. Had to open the toilet tank to flush and smelled pretty bad. Mold and dust on the bathroom vents. Stains and dirty sheets. 2 huge spiders, spider webs, flies and other bugs. No air conditioning which is understandable but the fan was dirty and super weak so we sweated all night. If we open the windows more bugs come in and noise in the street echoed. The room is nice but not clean and need a better fan to keep cool.

Great location Clean Small rooms and small shower but understandable given that is an old structure in the historical district. There is no elevator so for older guest it may be a little hard to walk to the third floor.

There were bugs all over and powder to attempt to kill the bugs they left it everywhere it was actually disgusting I’m sorry I did not stay the night wasted my two nights worth of money, had to have my family wire me some of my savings.. it rrly sucked. It won’t let me upload pics of bugs but this is sum fecal residue from them

Limpio, la habitación muy pequeña pero bonita, lo maravilloso de este lugar es que esta a 100 metros de la catedral, eso es divino. Esta en la parte peatonal por lo que recomiendo que de ser posible no carguen con maletas enormes. Nosotros lo que hicimos fue estacionar el coche en un estacionamiento publico que esta a 100mt adelante de la entrada de esa calle, ahí en el estacionamiento hicimos una pequeña maleta para dos días y listo. Disfrutamos mucho estar en el mero centro. El acceso es con una clave que te da el hostal, no hay recepción ni personal asi que tu entras solo con tu clave que es la misma para la habitación.
