Très bel appartement très spacieux et bien équipé. Nous y sommes allés hors saison et n'avons pas pû profiter de la piscine. Mais bel établissement et bien situé. Placé non loin des rues commerçantes et vivantes de Salou.

Lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly. Nice and quiet too and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Would stay here again. Just some small maintenance needed in the apartment as some tiles on the floor were loose but otherwise a great standard.

La résidence est calme et idéalement située à proximité du cœur de Salou. Les piscines sont un plus mais mériteraient un bon coup de jeune. Le stationnement est payant alors que chaque bâtiment comporte un sous-sol avec autant de places que de logements. Les appartements sont fonctionnels, spacieux et très bien équipés (lave linge, lave vaisselle climatisation, TV en français….). En revanche, le mobilier et la literie sont vieillissants (états moyens, tachés…), aussi l’insonorisation des appartements est médiocre.

La superficie de l'appartement est conforme à la description. Joli cadre et jolies piscines. Bien situé. Literie confortable. 2 salles de bain/douche. Mais, appartement vétuste, mobilier abîmé à plusieurs endroits, moisissure sur un mur, insectes car rez de chaussée, fenêtres et volets abîmés et qui ferment mal. Pas de rideaux dans les chambres. Poubelles et dévideurs metals de la salle de bain rouillés. Tête de lit s'est décroché du mur le premier soir et une fenêtre ne fermait pas, mais le personnel a vite réagit pour qu'un technicien vienne réparer.

Había reservado para ir a Port aventura con mi sobrino como regalo y ese finde daban lluvias y advertencia de no salir en coche innecesariamente y contacte con los apartamentos que se negaron a cambiarme la fecha aunque tuviera que pagar la diferencia de tarifa
Fueron rotundos y nada flexibles teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias
En resumen pagamos pero no aparecimos

As casas são modernas, mas frias (fui na época baixa e o apartamento não deve estar com uma ocupação alta) e com algumas zonas com humidade.
Existe estacionamento ao lado do alojamento.

We arrived at 4:30pm to everything locked and closed we were unable to get into the apartment block and rang the number on the closed gate and nobody answered we tried several times. Eventually we had to find alternative accommodation all this after a 6 hour drive

There was no communication regarding check in. We attempted to contact the Property but never got a response. Fortunately we went to the hotel of the same chain and they told us how to do the check in. Checkin is scheduled as of 4pm but the staff leaves at 5pm- it makes no sense. They required the stay to be paid in cash with no previous notice of this requirement. so we had to find an atm in order to be able to get our room. At check out you are Required to clean the kitchen and take your garbage out to the street even tho it includes a cleaning service. I would not go back.
