Rummet var helt okej, rent men av lite äldre standard. För ett 3-stjärnigt hotell så var det var vi förväntade oss, varken mer eller mindre. Bra planerad lägenhet, med balkongen som inte vetter mot någon annan och bra solläge. Det var en trevlig kille i poolbaren, i övrigt var det knappt så personalen tog notis om oss. Det var ingen som gjorde det lilla extra. Frukosten var helt okej. Middagen som ingick hoppade vi över. Restaurangen var inte så kul att sitta i och det fanns ingen mysig vrå där man fick ro. Men helt okej vistelse. Hotellet passar absolut bättre för barnfamiljer än för ett par som vi.

Nice apartment in a very central and convenient location in old town Sevilla. The second bedroom was a little small, but all in all it was good.

Stayed for just one night ! Excellent

The check in was very simple and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and well apportioned. The air conditioning worked better in the living area than the bedroom but we were only there for a couple of nights so it wasnt a problem. The pool was clean and had plenty of sun beds. The best part was the all inclusive food, although not huge the quality was excellent at all times. The location was walkable to the beach and entertainment but uphill on the way back! No parking but managed to get a space along the road. Would stay again and recommend.

Hotel muy antiguo y mal mantenido, lo barato a veces sale caro. El personal muy amable pero la comida y las instalaciones de muy baja calidad.

Tired property. Air con smelly. General grounds around the resort are dirty. Floors look like they need a good jet wash. Ate breakfast once during our stay as part of the ‘all inclusive’ ate out every other meal. Food was edible but nothing special. Felt a bit like being back in primary school with the standard and slop they serve.

La comida podría ser mejor. Aparte de eso nuestra estadía fue muy buena

Appartamento molto bello con vasca idromassaggio in camera, oltre a doccia . Tutto perfetto

Maravilloso, todos los trabajadores son muy buenos y atentos la limpieza es excelente y la diversidad de alimentos y bebidas es magnífica.Es muy confortable todo en general 😊

This place was cringe worthy. While bugs are to be expected in tropical locations the only cockroaches I saw on my entire trip were at this hotel - one giant 6” cockroach in my room and multiple small cockroaches in their dining area. Surprising because I didn’t see another cockroach anywhere on the island or in the many locations I chose to dine. The bar area smelled like a college fraternity house - it was so bad I couldn’t stand long enough to even place an order. The entertainment was awful. I poked my head in to find a member of the crowd on stage being mocked and later underwear being flung around as a prop. I left in under 2 minutes. The hotel allows outside street vendors in their main lobby to hawk counterfeit hand bags and other fake items from luxury brands. Not only is that illegal in most parts of the EU it also tells you a lot about the motivation and quality of this hotel. Tables and counters were sticky to the touch. I felt afraid to touch anything in a public area because everyone else was drunk and using the hotels all inclusive access to drink their livers into oblivion. I suppose though if you were a college fraternity looking for free booze this place might fit your needs. While the hotel says there’s parking nearby it was often full and you had to walk 1/4-1/2 a mile with all your luggage. The recommended parking was a dirt patch with huge pot holes and a graveyard for abandoned vehicles with broken windows and windshields. Unsafe.

Nice hotel. If you want a sun lounger, be early and que for the lounger. When the hotel is full limited sun lounging facillities.

Very noisy and there seemed to be no sound insulation in the hotel room. Not possible to sleep after 8 in the morning because of that. Good service by the pool and nice to hang out there. Air conditon in the room very good but almost impossible to stay on the balcony when the air condition motors outside the hotel were running.

Room was not ready to check-in-time. I therefore asked for a cup of coffee. That was not possible... In the evening I found out that the balcony-light did not work. I mentioned it en reception and the kind woman there promised to send a technician. However: nothing happened. I did not feel specially welcome. But good room and good breakfast.

Hotel cleanliness was excellent. Pools not opening until 10am is not ideal in my opinion. Hotel staff are very attentive. Food is like most all inclusive, and gets a bit repetitive. The only really bad thing is the soft drinks, really are too sweet.
