Plazuela del Carbón Suites

Hemos estado muy bien, comodos y en plena plaza de España, todo cerca. Muy limpio tranquilo. La habitacion era muy bonita. Volveremos.

Läget, stort o fräscht rum med ett kök. Rent. Trevlig personal. Gratis kaffe o minibar i lobbyn.

Schöne Unterkunft zu einem extrem fairen Preis, würde wieder kommen. Parkplatz in Parkhaus in der Nähe, aber fast teurer als die Übernachtung.

Fantastic location, easily walkable to all the main parts of the city. Beautiful and comfortable apartment which was very clean!

Great location for beach lovers.

We are half way through a full week's stay in this hotel and we almost feel "blessed" to have found it at all. Been traveling the perimeter of Spain on a months long odyssey and by a wide margin this is the best hotel we have experienced thus far with only one more stay remaining. The room is incredible with our own very spacious exterior covered deck/patio space. The restaurant within the hotel is not only reasonable for prices but the quality is very, very good. Didn't know this until a few days in but the woman who helped me with my late arrival and replied to several emails whose name is Imna (will verify the spelling) was also attending the desk when we checked in at 12:30am is also "the boss" or "el jefa" and was still on station when we returned to the desk at 10:30am....she is wonderful. In the restaurant we have gotten to know Tito a marvelously nice man who now recognizes us and greets us each day. We overlook the water, a public plaza also fronted by what appears to be the city hall and visitors center. Children play in the gazebo and couples walk their dogs every morning. Not only do I truly love this hotel I have also determined that this town Plentzia is a place I could easily move too and immediately relax and enjoy a better way of life. I would share our room number but that would complicate things. Just be sure that it is the ONLY room like it in the hotel.

The Carbon suites were very modern and clean. Expedia state that admin is in attendance until 20.00, this is not so. Also, there was no washer or dryer in the kitchen as stated by Expedia. It was a nice touch to have biscuits, cakes, a coffee machine, milk and tea bags on the ground floor lobby where guests could help themselves. Communication with the admin leaves a bit to be desired. We had several attempts with the admin to obtain access to the suites. Apparently, on-site admin is only in attendance from 10.00 to 14. 00 hrs. They wanted to communicate by ' whats ap`, we do not use 'whats ap'.We were arriving at 18.00 hrs. They sent us a pass number to enter the suites by text on our cell phone. Later in the week after we had been out and about we arrived back at the suites to find a Spanish family trying to access the suites. They had no pass number for the door lock and had tried several times to ring a number which they had been given to get the entry details. They had been there for about thirty minutes. I explained that if we let them into the building there should be a letter on the reception desk with their name on it with the pass to enter their suite. I checked their name and there was a letter for them with their details. How long they would have waited if we had not come along before they got a response from the admin is anybody's guess. When the admin staff were there they were very helpful. This situation needs attention.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful particularly when I dropped a piece of jewellery down the bathroom sink which I was very grateful to get back . Great location and good sized room . There was a problem with WiFi on the third floor but easy to get in the lovely central lobby / patio area .

Mooie, moderne suites in een monumentaal pand midden in het centrum. De suites zijn ingericht met alles wat je nodig hebt en je kunt gratis gebruik maken van een minibar in de lobby. Parkeren voor meerdere dagen kan op loopafstand en is goedkoop. Een aanrader als je naar Cádiz gaat!

Lovely hotel in a great location. Just a little loud from the outside foot traffic.

La propuedad esta muy comoda, en el primer piso el ruido en la noche es horrible y al salir no gabia un baño que pudieramos utiluzar, no nos prestaron ninguno El check out muy temprano.

Absolutely great apartment. Stayed for 2 nights so didn’t use all of the amenities, just basically a bed! Unfortunately there is a ‘shots bar’ right beside the property which is open until 4. We had very little sleep because the noise was pretty bad. Such a shame because the location and property are great.
