This is a delightful hotel. It is in a great location in the old town. It's close to attractions, but tucked far enough back from the main square that it's quiet at night. The rooms are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. We'll definitely stay there if we are ever in Toledo again.

Natalie at the front desk was friendly, helpful and exceptional.

Great place and an excellent location. My only issue was that the AC is controlled by the front desk and our room was warm all night. So, if you’re paying for a room with AC, I should be able to control the temperature in my room.

Muy buen alojamiento en el centro histórico. Las únicas pegas son que entraron a la habitación a realizar la limpieza aún cuando dejamos el cartel de que no molestaran y que el transporte es muy limitado. Tuvimos que encontrar taxi por nuestra cuenta porque el número que nos ofrecieron no existía, lo que retrasó nuestros planes sustancialmente. Tampoco me gustó que los amenities son escasos para un hotel de ****

Charming hotel in the old town with exceptionally friendly staff. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good. Breakfast was also great, offering a variety of options.

Really nice staff, super friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 11 which met all our needs. The room was very clean and the bed and pillows super comfortable. The location was excellent and close to one of the two escalator systems to bring you up and down from the top of the town. I didn’t research ahead of time but walked from the train station with bags through the beautiful bridge and gate. That was a good workout so recommend the escalator. Taxi’s inexpensive and multiple busses bring you very close to the room for 2 euros. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant that consisted of a three course meal with a beverage for 22 euro's and was tasty. We would stay again as the property was well managed. The AC never seemed to get very cold but seems typical of other stays in Spain. If you’re a quiet sleeper maybe get an inner room. Staying in a vibrant city in the midst of all the sights you will always have typical noise. We understand and expect that.

This hotel is in a fantastic location just two minutes from the cathedral. The room is spacious and the breakfast was excellent. One thing to note: driving to the hotel to drop off luggage requires navigating winding, narrow streets with poor signage, so we opted to drop our car off at their recommended parking garage and then walk to the hotel. Unfortunately, several of the elevators in the parking garage are permanently disabled and the walk to the hotel was mostly uphill.

Clean updated room and bath and very comfortable bed and pillows. Would recommend to stay here.

un letto matrimoniale di 140/150cm è troppo piccolo per due persone. In una camera matrimoniale di un hotel 4 stelle non dovrebbero esistere letti cosi piccoli. Colazione discreta ma scarsa attenzione dell’addetta, spesso assente e poco attenta alla sala. Occorreva chiedere spesso di aggiungere prodotti che finivano.

La persona de recepción excelente actitud de servicio, el cuarto amplio, limpio, camas muy cómodas, nos consiguió reservas para restaurante taxis una explicación de los lugares emblemáticos de Toledo y nos obsequiarán una botella de calva en nuestra habitación. 💯!!!!

Very central within steps to the main square. Beautiful property. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are big and very nice.

Too much noice coming from the street to the room, impossible to sleep
