Our base while attending the ATP250 tennis championships at the Mallorca Country Club. Excellent location just off the main drag so a little quieter. Staff very friendly and efficient. We stayed in premium rooms in the Sunrise block. The pools were very busy so the little rooftop pool was a great escape. The breakfast offered lots of choice - cooked breakfast, omelettes made to order, pancakes, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurts, nuts/seeds, cereal. Our room had 2 double beds, a fridge, tea/coffee, lots of storage and was spotlessly clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Large room, very comfortable bed, aircon effective, great view. The hotel is actually several buildings and exact facilities vary, my building was nice and quiet. Location is quiet but very convenient. Ten minute walk to airport bus stop. Bars etc. closer still. Food selection and quality was good. Drinks prices quite reasonable for the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Only slight negatives were that the shower is cramped despite the bathroom as a whole being large, and the bike garage was not secure so I had to make alternative arrangement. Wifi also inconsistent. All in all a great stay though I would go again.

Beware of your belongings when staying here!! After the sheets were changed (I assume accidentally) the housekeeping took clothes with them that were on the bed. After requesting many many times that the front desk checks with them at the laundry they didn't do anything. I had to practically beg them to do something until they finally managed to call someone and they weren't able to get me my clothes back they took from the room! they didn't seem to care too much and the manager didn't even bother to at least apologize or something, just told the front desk to give us his business cards. And all this after we on top of everything were also allocated the wrong room which they were also unable to change... and again didn't seem to care at all. attitude was basically ,,take it or leave it''...

I had a short break here with a friend - and it ticked a lot of boxes. GOOD Value for money, comfy beds, decent showers, loved the rooftop pool area. Israel, the bar manager, was so friendly. Food at the snack bar is pretty good. Frozen daiquiris. Short walk to the beach. NOT SO GOOD Reception staff were not super-helpful. We had an issue when we checked into a room that stank of cigarette smoke and at first they said there was nothing they could do. They did sort it in the end, but only when we pushed. The buffet food is ok - but bland. It did feel a bit as if we could be in any warm country in the world - but if you're looking for somewhere to relax for a few days, it does the job.

We hebben een topvakantie gehad in dit hotel. Alles is dichtbij en toch is het erg rustig gelegen. Superfijn personeel! Enige minpunt vonden wij het restaurant in de kelder. Als we dat hadden geweten hadden we geen halfpension geboekt. Tip: het ontbijt kan in het Sky-hotel wel buiten worden gebruikt.

In the middle of Santa Ponsa, near the beach but more than enough swimming facilities on the premises as well. Our exceptional room was luxurious, spacious and with two (!) balconies. One with a jacuzzi. A pity that there was a chimney too, roaring and spreading occasionally cooking smells. There was a weighing scale in the room but I had preferred this extra to be changed for paper handkerchiefs, that most of this hotels offer. And the elevators are really tiny. But all this can't change my mind that this is a hotel to remember for future visits.

Aika kolkko hotelli… vähän kuin sairaala. Sängyt tosi kevyet eli kun toinen kääntyy nin varmasti myös toinen herää. Aamiaishuone maan alla… aamiainen sinänsä ihan ok, mutta eri erityinen. Sijainti on hyvä… lähellä rantaa ja kaikkia palveluja, mutta kuitenkin sivussa melusta.

Städat och rent, trevlig personal och bra frukostbuffé. Parkeringen behöver ses över, det är svårt att köra ner/upp större bil pga två låga murar som gör ner/uppfarten mycket smal. Bra läge om man vill gå ut på kvällen och äta. Nära till golfbanor. Vi var nöjda för 2a året i rad. Vi var på Mallorca för att golfa så för oss som bara sover där är det vad vi behöver.

This is a nice place in a good location, but this is the 2nd time I have stayed and both times they have failed to honour the upgrade privelleges of being a Gold or Platinum member (they say they don't have availability when the app tells you different and it doesn't seem busy) which is disappointing as it is the main reason you choose a hotel that is supposed to offer this over a competitor

The hotel is bright and modern but the pool area is very small for so many people with little shade. The WiFi is extremely poor and barely works. The room was cleaned each day. We had a sea view balcony but the customers next to us smoked so this made it less pleasant. It would be nice if there could be some smoke free rooms/ balconies so you don’t have to put up with other people’s smoke. The beach is in easy reach. The restaurants around the hotel are very commercialised and quite poor food. We found one good restaurant. The breakfast was good and varied. The reception staff were helpful. Overall it was ok but we have stayed in better hotels.

We hebben een topvakantie gehad in dit hotel. Alles is dichtbij en toch is het erg rustig gelegen. Superfijn personeel! Enige minpunt vonden wij het restaurant in de kelder. Als we dat hadden geweten hadden we geen halfpension geboekt. Tip: het ontbijt kan in het Sky-hotel wel buiten worden gebruikt.

Large room, very comfortable bed, aircon effective, great view. The hotel is actually several buildings and exact facilities vary, my building was nice and quiet. Location is quiet but very convenient. Ten minute walk to airport bus stop. Bars etc. closer still. Food selection and quality was good. Drinks prices quite reasonable for the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Only slight negatives were that the shower is cramped despite the bathroom as a whole being large, and the bike garage was not secure so I had to make alternative arrangement. Wifi also inconsistent. All in all a great stay though I would go again.

In the middle of Santa Ponsa, near the beach but more than enough swimming facilities on the premises as well. Our exceptional room was luxurious, spacious and with two (!) balconies. One with a jacuzzi. A pity that there was a chimney too, roaring and spreading occasionally cooking smells. There was a weighing scale in the room but I had preferred this extra to be changed for paper handkerchiefs, that most of this hotels offer. And the elevators are really tiny. But all this can't change my mind that this is a hotel to remember for future visits.

A lovely hotel/resort with a myriad of swimming pools, spa facilities and bars. The staff always eager to help and friendly and of course it's next to the high road and beach. What more could you want?

Aika kolkko hotelli… vähän kuin sairaala. Sängyt tosi kevyet eli kun toinen kääntyy nin varmasti myös toinen herää. Aamiaishuone maan alla… aamiainen sinänsä ihan ok, mutta eri erityinen. Sijainti on hyvä… lähellä rantaa ja kaikkia palveluja, mutta kuitenkin sivussa melusta.

Städat och rent, trevlig personal och bra frukostbuffé. Parkeringen behöver ses över, det är svårt att köra ner/upp större bil pga två låga murar som gör ner/uppfarten mycket smal. Bra läge om man vill gå ut på kvällen och äta. Nära till golfbanor. Vi var nöjda för 2a året i rad. Vi var på Mallorca för att golfa så för oss som bara sover där är det vad vi behöver.

This is a nice place in a good location, but this is the 2nd time I have stayed and both times they have failed to honour the upgrade privelleges of being a Gold or Platinum member (they say they don't have availability when the app tells you different and it doesn't seem busy) which is disappointing as it is the main reason you choose a hotel that is supposed to offer this over a competitor

Det er anden gang vi bor her. Lækkert voksen hotel med pæne værelser. Vi havde halv pension, maden er virkelig god, med nye retter hver dag. Altid ledige solvogne og skønne pools

The hotel is bright and modern but the pool area is very small for so many people with little shade. The WiFi is extremely poor and barely works. The room was cleaned each day. We had a sea view balcony but the customers next to us smoked so this made it less pleasant. It would be nice if there could be some smoke free rooms/ balconies so you don’t have to put up with other people’s smoke. The beach is in easy reach. The restaurants around the hotel are very commercialised and quite poor food. We found one good restaurant. The breakfast was good and varied. The reception staff were helpful. Overall it was ok but we have stayed in better hotels.
