U-Sense Granada Catedral

Great central location. Lovely apartment of a good size with all the amenities one needs. Slight negative… there was a foul smell from the drains in the bathroom and the a/c was not very easy to use. Plus they have very unfriendly polices of charging extra for early check-in even by a couple of hours and also charge for storing bags and that too in a different location.

The Granada Cathedral is right in front of the accommodation, and there are plenty of restaurants (especially seafood ones!) and shopping centers nearby, making it so much fun to explore. Major sites like the Alhambra and Albaicín are all within walking distance, even for catching the minibus. The staff kept in touch throughout the process, making check-in a breeze, and I received my deposit back immediately after the trip. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace, where I enjoyed a relaxing cup of coffee with a stunning view of the Cathedral. It was a truly wonderful stay.

The apartment itself was exceptional — spotless, very new, warm, and beautifully designed. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and easy to use, from the kitchen and washing machine to the bathroom and dining area. It genuinely felt like a home, not just a place to stay. But above all, it was the staff that made the biggest difference. During our stay, my daughter became seriously ill and we had to take her to the emergency room. We were physically and emotionally exhausted, and the team responded with incredible empathy and efficiency. They extended our check-out time, helped us move to another available apartment in a different building, and did everything they could to support us. Their timely responses, understanding, and willingness to help gave us enormous comfort during a very difficult moment. Having a fully equipped kitchen also allowed us to prepare simple food for my daughter, which made a huge difference in her recovery. This level of care and humanity is rare, and we are deeply grateful.

객실도 깨끗하고 넓고 필요한 물품이 풀배치 되어있는 아름다운 아파트였음. 다만 큰길에 있는 호텔 1층 리셉션에서 체크인을 하고 아파트로 한 5분 걸어 가야함. 2박을 했는데 아팢드긴 넘 좋아서 하루 더 지내고 십ㅎ었음.

Clean and modern, with an excellent central location and easy access. But the experience is very impersonal—everything is automated, no human touch. The listing mentions luggage storage, but in reality this service isn’t provided, and even a simple late check-out wasn’t possible. Works fine as a base, but don’t expect extras or flexibility.

Superbe appartement, joliment décoré et très fonctionnel. Les instructions d’arrivée et de départ sont très claires. Personnel à distance disponible et réactif. De plus, l’appartement est bien situé à Grenade. A 2 minutes à pieds de la cathédrale et à 20 minutes à pied de l’alhambra. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

The hotel is located in the center, easily accessible to points of interest. The staff were kind and responsive. I will definitely come again if I visit Granada next time.

Great location! Communication with staff was very good...and they're available 24/7. Kitchen had everything we needed. And it was very quiet for being centrally located.

La ubicación muy buena el lugar cómodo pero viene siendo como un Airbnb no tienen recepción ni como dejar las maletas después de la Salida eso es muy incómodo ya que mi regreso a Madrid era hasta las 3 el el check Paul es a las 11 no te dan opciones por más que les solicitaba apoyo dejamos a una distancia más corta en unos lockers las maletas y pagas por ello la verdad no regresaría

Great location. A little hard to find. Would be nice if it had sign that sticks out like sister property. No one on site but very responsive to texts. Loved having coffee available. Would be nice to have washer/dryer instructions available in English along with so washer soap.

Walking distance to everything! Very safe and comfortable. Loved everything will definitely stay at their properties .

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. BUT - the registration process is horribly designed. There are multiple steps and multiple locations and they don't tell you up front that you are going to have to go to one location first and their online system is totally too complicated and again, doesn't provide instructions for how it is going to happen. It took us over an hour to check in at the hotel location after we spend at least an hour doing their online registration. It is really unbelievable. They should hire a user interface expert to clean it up.

위치도 좋았고 모든게 완벽한 숙소 였습니다! 다만 카드키로 출입할때 문고리가 제대로 작동하지않았던게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 다른건 모두 만족합니다. 청결하고 직원분들도 친절히 대해주시고 조식도 맛있었습니다.

Great location right in the downtown shopping/dining area. Spacious apartment with kitchen, living room, large bathroom and bedroom. Staff was very helpful, right around the corner at the primary hotel.

Beautiful spot, would definitely come back! Strongly recommended. Very well located. Only one comment, don't expect good wifi signal.

Nous avons réservé avec hôtel.com pour 3 nuits. L'adresse sur la réservation n'était pas bonne, nous avons cherche longtemps par où entrée. Suite à un courriel à l'hôtel, ses derniers nous informe que l'adresse sur la réservation n'est pas la bonne qui nous devons nous rendre à 200 mètres d'où nous étions. Arrivé à la réception, on nous informe que nous avons réservé un appartement et non une chambre d'hôtel. D'où la confusion d'adresse. Malgré l'erreur d'hôtel.com, U-Sense devrait indiquer à chaque site qu'ils ont (il y a beaucoup à Granada). Où s'enregistrer. Le service pour les appartements sont inexistant. Nous avons utiliser les mêmes serviettes, les poubelles n'ont pas été vider, l'approvisionnement pour le café aussi absent. Sinon, les aspects positifs, les appartements sont très bien équipés, plaque chauffante pour cuisinier, frigidaire, congélateur, laveuse- sécheuse (la sécheuse ne fonctionnait pas, nous avons dû étendre nos linge dans l'appartement). Plats, chaudrons, etc. Les appartement et l'hôtel sont très bien situé à Granada. Les appartement sont calmes et confortable.
