One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located in an industrial area, so there aren’t any restaurants nearby. However, it’s close to both the train and metro stations, and BOLT had no trouble finding it. It worked out fine for us in the end. There’s a small kitchen service at the hotel where staff can help heat up frozen pizzas or other items you can buy from the freezer/fridge section. It’s a decent option if you don’t want to head out for food. We noticed that many guests ordered delivery. The hotel was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and service-minded. Breakfast was good, although we would’ve liked to see more vegetarian options. The downside was the bathroom door in our room—it got stuck and I was locked inside for over 30 minutes. We got help quickly, and the front desk sent a maintenance worker who spent a while getting the door open. Still, not ideal in case of a fire or if I had been alone. We weren’t offered a room change or any compensation. They said they would replace the door while we were out, but when we came back, the door had just been patched up with filler, and it was still wet—some of it even got on our clothes. After that, we just made sure not to close it completely. Also, just a heads-up: the TV channels are all in Spanish, in case you’re hoping to relax with some channel surfing in the evening.

Muy buena experiencia y trato, habitación amplia y camas cómodas en la que pudimos estar los 4 juntos. En el buffet tenían leche de soja y mi hija era feliz ya que es APLV. La única pega es que es en la cafetería no tienen comida rápida para alérgicos (en nuestro caso que la niña es APLV no podía comer nada) Pero el hotel nos encantó, volveremos

Optimale Unterkunft wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Genügend Parkplätze und super öffentlich mit dem Zug in die Stadt. Super saubere und angenehme Unterkunft.

This is a 3-4 star standard hotel, so it’s best to align your expectations with the price range. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly and functional stay, it’s a good choice. Would recommend for business travelers!

Buena ubicación para moverte en transporte público o coche

Well placed close to Railway station ( cheap travel into Madrid ) and close to motorway junction. Good choice at breakfast.

The staff was friendly, easy commute to city centre. The room was smaller than expected. Parking available for a decent price.

Großes Zimmer, leider fehlt so einiges an Möbel, um sich wohlzufühlen. Kein Couchtisch, lediglich wackeliger kleiner Tisch mit Hockern anstatt Stühlen. Küchenzeile ist schon in die "Jahre" gekommen, aber sauber. Duschkabine zu klein und Wasserstrahl ist eher ein Rinnsal. Preisleistungsverhältnis passt meiner Meinung absolut nicht für die Lage. Garagenplatz kostet 5€ pro Tag. Unterkunft OK, mehr aber leider nicht.
