This place was absolutely perfect!!!!!! The view was 2nd to none!!!! Bed was so comfortable! Bathroom was spotless! The kitchen was amazing! It had everything you would ever need to cook a meal while on vacation!!!! We will be back!!!!

O quarto tinha uma vista sensacional, o atendimento pelo Jean Lucca e Yuri foi muito simpático. O café da manhã é mais gostoso fo que das padarias de Grindelwald. Fica a 12 minutos da vila, em uma descida íngreme e com gelo escorregadio, porém e o custo de ter a melhor vista da vila e o silêncio. Se você for sedentário, vá e volte de carro, onibus ou taxi, para vila.

Very clean and comfortable hotel! The shower was amazing. I wish we had the option to move the 2 small beds together, and it would be nice to be provided shampoo/conditioner, but otherwise the stay was great. Having a nearby bus stop was very ideal as well since the walk up was extremely far and steep from the station.

Loved this place! I want to come back someday. Very helpful and friendly staff. Absolutely beautiful location. The roads driving in are a little scary because they're so narrow, but its worth it. Such a relaxing and secluded piece of heaven.

The views of the Eiger are absolutely fantastic. Modern well provisioned rooms. We didn’t eat breakfast or use the TV lounge but both available along with communal kitchen for pm meals you can cater for yourself. Really enjoyed our stay albeit wished I’d clearly understood the bathroom was across the corridor (for our use only) and what comes with a standard room. Would have upgraded if I’d recognised this at booking. In the end no issue.

Good location with views of the Eiger. Walkable into town and back, and good exercise! Our room with kitchen was a good size and well equipped. The only challenge was the bathtub/shower which you could not really stand in. But otherwise it was a good place to stay. We brought our dog and she was comfy. You can do a lot on Grindelwald with a dog!

The property felt quite sterile and had bare bones for amenities, in terms of places to hang things. The view was fantastic, but the shared space was dark, impersonal, and had no view.
But staff was friendly and it was handy to be able to use the fridge, microwave, and dishes.

Absolutely not worth the money. We ended up paying ~$1000 per night here. This was advertised as a hotel. But is closer to a hostel environment. Some rooms have bathroom in the corridor that are not attached.
The location is up a mountain with bad transportation connections. For charging 1000 per night, they can at least have a shuttle service to the city center.
There are no restaurants close to the property and the location is isolated. Definitely not worth your money. Find a real hotel at the city center, you will have a better experience.

This hotel was perfect, exceptional views. It was very friendly, the rooms were super spacious and clean. They had a balcony with gorgeous views.
There is a very steep hill to get to the hotel, that’s the only downside. But they do offer a bus service once you have checked in.

For the prices they charged, the service and accomodation are quite mediocre.
For starters, when arriving the person doesn't really explain what to do if you want to go skiing, the shower didn't work correctly (I had to fix it), soap dispenser broken, portable lamp for the balcony discharged and nor charged around, requested two pillows, they never arrived, balcony light is impossible to turn off and is disruptive for sleeping are some of the small details we experienced.
Another detail that bothered me is the parking, they charge 15 CHF/night to let you park in their backyard essentially. The space is not maintained at all and is quite slippery and even dangerous. For context, parking for a day in the underground Terminal in Grindelwald is exactly the same price.
For this price, you can probably douch better in the village itself.
