A very nice stay here, the staff were very helpful. The hotel is split into two buildings and the signage isn't immediately obvious as to where you need to go. We got lost and ended up back in reception somehow! We did find our room and when we did this was very nice, spacious clean and modern with lots of amenities. They had an onsite gym which again i followed signs to and then they stopped. Had to ask at reception and once explained in the other building and down again, i could find it. Small but modern and well kept equipment with plenty of towels and water. Location is 2 mins from train station and 15 mins from zurich. If you want a cheaper stay in zurich that has frequent trains and isn't far from the center then this hotel is ideal. Overall as i said a very good stay, I would recommend either a little note at check in saying exactly how to get to various parts of the hotel (facilities), but other than that a brilliant stay and would come back for sure.

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel is next to the train station. Provided umbrella for rainy days. We had a big dog and they were very accommodating. Staff were friendly. Rooms have lots of storage. Bed was comfortable. TV was big. The room felt like an apartment rather than a hotel room. Clean and cozy. Hotel is very beautiful in a quiet neighborhood next to a few restaurants and supermarketa.

Room was comfortable and clean but access from the underground car park to my room on 4th floor was tedious requiring the use of two separate lifts at opposite ends of the building. Breakfast at 25SFr was considered to be very expensive and was not taken.

Sicuramente l' hotel ha molti punti di forza: dal punto di vista logistico (prossimità all'aeroporto, 100mt. dalla stazione ferroviaria di Kloten, prossimità alla rete autostradale, ecc.), dal punto di vista dell'accoglienza (staff cordiale, puntuale e "customer-centrico"); dal punto di vista del rapporto qualità - prezzo e tanto altro.
Molti spazi progettati per le famiglie.
Interessanti il rooftop bar, palestra, ristorante e tutti gli altri servizi che garantisce la struttura ricettiva.

Atendimento cordial e rapidez no checkin. Fica próximo a Zurich, região de Kloten, mas tem um mercado na frente, quarto confortável e muito silencioso, café da manhã amplo com muitas opções, também possui a estação de trem que fica ao lado do hotel, tornado a locomoção muito rápida a qq lugar.

On our final day traveling with our 2 kids to Switzerland we needed a hotel closer to the airport as our Airbnb was 2.5 hours away. What a nice convenient location!!! The bus to the airport was only a 7 minute ride!
Now for the hotel itself... What a great experience! We were greeted very warmly, the hotel was very updated and HUGE! We travelled from the US and out of all the hotels we've stayed in whether it be in the US or Outside ... This was hands down the nicest hotel we've stayed at. We booked a family room and had ourselves and our 2 children with us and we each had our own bed , the bathrooms were immaculate and the room in general was spacious!
For dinner we ate in the hotel restaurant and it was the best meal we had in a while. For anyone near Zurich, this is THE place to stay! I'd definitely come back !!

Really loved that this was only a 5 minute bus ride away from the airport, and just steps away from the train so we could easily access all of the city during an overnight layover. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again!
