Hotel Parnass

Room was excellent walking distance to station and other spots great view of matterhorn from the front of hotel and view from balcony amazing in the evening too

The best thing about this hotel was the view of the Matterhorn at sunrise from our window and balcony. The room wasn’t particularly large but decent sized for Europe. As with other hotels we stayed at in Europe, the rooms ran warm even with our radiator in the off position. We had a door to the balcony that we would leave open for hours at a time to cool our room down (in early April). The bathroom was small but satisfactory although the towels were quite thin. The breakfast buffet was okay- coffee on demand, fresh fruit cereals, yogurt and breads. No eggs cooked to order and no pastries.

Majestic view of the Matterhorn. Friendly staff and clean facilities. I will surely return to Parnass and highly recommend the hotel to other visitors.

Cozy room, great views

Excellent for what it is. Lovely little hotel in Zermatt, great for a ski trip. They have a ski storage room with a boot rack to dry and warm boots overnight. Excellent buffet breakfast each morning. Nothing extravagant, but the price point reflects that. Great value for the cost. Had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony!

Very close to ski slops and shuttle bus to gondola right by hotel. Walking distance to everything!

My friend stayed last year & we came back to join her in 2026. Check in was fast fast. Bed was super comfortable. Hotel was centrally located in heart of Zermatt, Yet quiet Loved that hotel accommodated us on our last night. We ordered pizza & wine & they brought us glasses, water & were so kind to our large group of 9.

great location for picking up the free bus to the main lift

We picked this hotel because of its central location- we skied in/out at all three locations easily enough. Room was very clean, the view of the Matterhorn was impressive! Their included daily breakfast was delicious, and had many options. The staff was very pleasant- we would stay here again!

お部屋はとても綺麗でウッド調の素敵なお部屋でした。 家族経営のホテルのためか、鍵のシステムが独特でしたが、受付のスタッフさんが丁寧に説明して下さったため不便なく利用できました。 大満足です。 また、立地もツェルマット駅から近く観光もしやすかったです。 また、ツェルマットに行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Great breakfast and location

The view of Matterhorn by our balcony is amazing. Location is near to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is clean and well maintained.

The room was fantastic, the staff was helpful and lovely and they had a wonderful breakfast. We intend to return to this hotel on our next stay.

This hotel gives a nice cabin vibe and the view of the Matterhorn is breathtaking from our balcony. The Bathroom has heated floor as well, which was amazing.
