The room is very clean, the location of this hotel is very convenient. Very close to the main train station of Geneva, you can walk to most of sightseeing place within 10-30 minutes. The staff is helpful.

Luxurious hotel experience, excellent customer service and spacious room filled with amenities. Perfect location. Walking distance from the Jet d'Eau fountain, Lake Geneva and shopping district. More importantly, right across the Geneva train station. From the airport, you can take the 6-minute train ride to the hotel and vice-versa. Warwick Hotel was even kind enough to provide a transport card for free transport within Geneva throughout our stay. Last but not least, plenty of (fine) dining options in the hotel and around the area.

The hotel's location is perfect. Shopping, dining were perfectly placed all around it along with transportation, such as the train station, which is right across, along with trams and buses strolling right in front all day at all times. The hotel lobby and bar look amazing, but the room is so small there was no way for two people to stroll around and the bed pretty much fills the space. The bathroom is very small and antiquated; and the shower/tub requires that you must be physically able to get in there safely. There was no room to put our personal toiletries and no hair conditioner was included.

Great downtown location and near shopping. The service was great, the breakfast buffet great but pricey onthe hot version so I would recommend going out for hot if you really want a hot breakfast. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfy and the bathroom is roomy. It had good walkability also. Horrible, and I cannot express that enough, horrible options for parking cars in that town. Taxi/Uber options are the only way to go pretty much anywhere.

Le service a l’arrivée a été super et le personnel très agréable. Je n’ai passé qu’une nuit et je n’avait rien à redire jusqu’au moment du départ. En effet l’hôtel est d’une propreté impeccable, la literie de qualité et le personnel de la réception très disponible (un grand merci au groom (avec les lunettes) qui est trèssympathique). Cependant j’avais demandé un late check out pour 13h qui m’avait été accordé gentiment par la réceptionniste. A 12h45 la femme de chambre toque à la porte et me parle d’une manière que je n’ai pas du tout accepté en me disant que la sortie de chambre c’est midi. Je lui explique que j’ai demandé l’autorisation et que c’est bien 13h pour moi elle me répond toujours sur un ton agacé et condescendant « il est 12h45 hein !. Honnêtement j’ai un grand respect pour les employés car je sais à quel point le travail peut être pénible. J’attend en retour le même respect et une façon de parler plus correct. Cela a gâché mon expérience même si ça ne semble être pas grand chose , pour un établissement tel que le Warwick ça l’est.

When we checked in, they only gave me one room although I reserved two adjoining rooms because we were 2 adults and two children. I had to have the same corrected after we went up and discovered the issue. We had a constant ceiling leak in our adjoining room that took days to resolve and was finally fixed the day before we left. The television in the kids adjoining room never worked and was not fixed during our stay. The rooms are dated and need a major renovation. The one positive was the location, it is within walking distance, 10 min to all the watch shops!
