Guide Hotel Taipei Bade

Terrible Hotel and it’s Nightmare ! 1. Asked for airport pickup service 2 days in advance, no reply. 2. Late night check in, with no staff on duty except security guard. 3. Dusty and dirty toilet that I have ever experienced in my 30+ years of travel. 4. Complaints with no action taken on point 3 above. 5. Smelly bathroom towels. 6. The most unbelievable was no daily room makeup if a plate is not displayed in door. However, no plate was provided. This is the first time I have ever experience when staying in a hotel of this class.

位置方便，房間內還算清潔，但電梯似沒人打掃，滿是塵，走廊漏水，都用大毛巾墊地，大堂及房內燈光昏暗。

飯店經理待客親切, 糾正問題態度正面, 把投訴變成讚賞

Very good

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a big bathtub to enjoy. The price is cheap for this high quality. I’ll go stay again if I have the chance.

Staff is friendly and effective. But the room is pretty old. There's a smell of smoke in the bathroom. The queen bed consists of two twin beds, which are easy to fall apart. There is only one outlet in the room, and that's not even by the bed.

Nice and large room. Wifi works well.Staff very helpful. Bathroom is nice, except the water pressure of the faucet at the sink is very weak. Ten minutes walking from the MRT station. I rate it 4. 5/5.

The rooms were very nice, everything was walking distance and I could see taipei 101 from my window

Perfect for a solo traveler and thought the room was amazing, comfortable, and in a convenient location. It’s a less than 10 min walk from the station (green line) you’ll catch a couple convenience stores and a handful of food options walking to the property. Highly recommend if you want to explore Taipei 101 area , as it is very close and a more affordable option.

The Guide is very conveniently located: walking distance to the MRT, the Xinyi district some interesting bars, restaurants and banks! The staff ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful (the dude not as much). This is a basic hotel: you get a furnished bedroom, small complete bathroom, a TV, yea kettle and nothing else. There is no dinner, this no breakfast or room service. You don’t even get an outside telephone line. So, if all you need is a place to rest your head at the end of the day, The Guide is a good choice. Otherwise, keep searching….

駅からも遠くなく、浴槽も付いてる。 足を伸ばせる。浅いけど。 でも快適に過ごせました。 洗剤？臭いけど、、、 それさえなければ良しだと思います。

コインランドリーが用意が出来ていなくて使用できないという情報は宿泊前に知りたかった。
