The resort is amazing All the staff were welcoming and smiling. The extra curricular programme was very good especially all the fitness and yoga classes. Tarn, Sun and all the PLAYERS ( staff working around pool beach and gym ) were absolutely amazing I particularly liked the yoga classes Tarn is an amazing teacher

Lovely and very obliging stuff… starting with an amazing morning breakfast, by our 1st couple of days… Meep the gorgeous egg chef knew my order, had everything ready to go as soon as she saw me. Bow who remembered us from a previous stay was ready to help out with any issues. The daily room service was outstanding. I would recommend a slightly better fragrance for the rooms, from time to time there was a strong sewerage smell. I would have to say the highlight of the day was the water activity at the beach pool. As we stayed at the pool rooms, promptly at 2.30pm daily our superstar activity man “SUPERMAN” organised and led to the best water polo competition between guests. An absolute blast!! We stayed for 17 days and were looked after 💯. Will be back for more in 2026. ❤️ Elizabeth & Boris

I chose to stay at this hotel with 2 girlfriends on my birthday and it was a great choice. The staff were amazing about making sure we had 3 separate beds, and they even decorated for my birthday and sent a small cake and handmade birthday cards! The hotel itself is huge and beautifully landscaped, as well as well-serviced by staff driving golf carts to get guests to far away locations within the resort. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, though the wiring in the air conditioning control panel was an issue, requiring repair twice throughout our stay. The pools are so beautiful and it was fun to walk from one end to the other. We didn't get a chance to use the beach but it also looked nice. Breakfast was delicious with lots of different food choices. The fitness facility was also really good. Even though the resort is far away from the main drag, I would stay here again and make use of the shuttles to get into town to take advantage of the different shops and restaurants.
