the staffs are super nice and helpful, most of them speak great english, so there's no need to worry about communication
the room is wonderful, not only great space but also we can jump into the pool from the balcony of our room, for the summer in chiang mai, that's definitely a attraction, just to cool down the heat and relax
the breakfast is the most delicious vegan breakfast ive ever had, there's a small buffet with a bit salad, fresh juice, coffee and some bread, but you can also order from a menu, there's both western and asian style breakfast, and also sweets, i had open sandwiches, rice noodle soup, boiled rice and pancakes, all of them are so delicious, and the price is absolutely fair!
the location is nearby thaphae gate, we took the lanes to main streets and there's plenty of restaurants, bars, and the famous Michelin bib roti in front of a temple at night time, also it takes only 10 minutes walk to warorot market, so it's quite a convenient place to stay
i highly recommend to anyone who's thinking to stay in a vegan or a resort with pools

The room is clean and tidy, especially the air-conditioning is good. Good location near to city. The hotel staff is the highlight. Their service is amazingly great ! 👍 absolutely impressive. I was sick over the weekend and hotel staff are very nice to take care of me. Offered porridge to me and offered to drive me to the hospital. That's sweet man! I am confident that all the guest will be well supported by their amazing hotel service. The spa is also good !

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were super friendly. The vegan breakfast buffet was outstanding - lots of delicious choices. The room had access to the beautiful pool. In the room there was a huge king size bed - very comfortable. Great shower - quick heated up water. Clean. Safe. And quite affordable for the level of luxury they provide. I will definitely stay again!

Great property. Great rooms. Clean, big. The view from the hydrotherapy room is good. The decor is amazing.
However the breakfast leaves something to be desired. It is a limited buffet with just basic fruits and salads. You can order other stuff for free from the breakfast menu but the choices are limited.

The service and friendliness of the staff went above and beyond. The vegan food was great so we decided to have breakfast every day we were there. Dinner was also a good option. Whether relaxing at the pool or getting a massage at the spa, this hotel had everything we could have asked for. It was a very comfortable and clean room with a nice view. The staff was also very helpful to plan our excursions that included an ethical elephant sanctuary and a ziplining adventure. My wife and I highly recommend this place.

泳池乾淨又舒服，是可以認真游泳的長度，坐在岸邊看書也很棒，是整體最喜歡的部分
房間的裝潢風格很漂亮，不過比照片中看起來小很多，進去的時候有點失望
按摩浴缸有點故障，而且放在陽台上也不太理想，站起身的時候會直接被健身房的人看到
素食早餐很好吃而且擺盤超級精緻，比外面網美店還要好看那種程度
入住時間剛好碰到雨季，房間內異常潮濕，冷氣開很強也沒用
總體來說有一些小缺點，但這個價位真的是相當好的選擇

Love this property. Definitely one of the best hotels for the price. Honestly didn't even realize it was vegan because all of the food was so good. One review mentioned that there was construction across the street, which I was concerned about. When I arrived, they were building a brick wall infront of my half of the hotel, but it was still very quiet. The view was beautiful and would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable and feeling new. All the staff were friendly and professional. Food was simply amazing and the staff was very accommodating to a celiac with gluten free options. Perfect area short walk to everything. We would absolutely stay there again
