Rude staff and especially a receptionist her name is Ann. If you request a towels on your checking morning to take a shower , she tells you “no towels for you, you are checking out”.

The staff is so rude , no one speaks English and they talk to people with a nasty tune. The water came out from the Faust with dirt. The reception staff are so careless about what you tell them and talk loud when you argue with them. The last day to leave we asked for towels to take a shower before you leave, the lady ,Ann, in the reception told my wife “ no towel for you , you are checking out today”. They only put two towels per day in the room. I t ended up we have to pay 100 Baht to get the towels and take a shower. Most probably the reception lady Ann put it in her pocket. The breakfast is all pork , not even cheese , so if you don’t eat pork then no breakfast for you. Aunts on the table when you sit and eat or drink your coffee. It’s horrible

It was a great location..The room had servalace/ hidden cameras. It was a complete lack of privacy and illegal. The staff were nice sometimes and other times it seemed like I was a bother to them.

Staff was ok but the wifi was aweful and terrible in the room and in the lobby. Every few minutes you get knocked off the wifi and must re-login. The TV in the room did not work.
