Easy to access 7-11 store and Thai traditional massage salon.
We spent nice time with Banyantree Bangkok.
Especially, the staff who take care us on check-in time, she was so lovely. I hope she would come to Japan in someday.

I loved staying at this hotel. After a long flight, we stepped out ot the taxi to the warmest welcome from the staff who made us feel like VIP's from the start. We were given arrival drinks and cold face towels to cool and refresh ourselves. The room was spotless and luxurious and the bed was the comfiest I've had in a hotel. I wanted to take my pillow with me! We ate at Vertigo on our first night which was expensive but worth it as it was my husband's 60th birthday. Again, the service was perfect. The door staff were also very friendly and helpful, even haggling with a taxi driver on our behalf ensure we didn't pay over the going rate. I highly recommend the Banyan Tree to anyone, it was a very special experience I will always remember.

We booked our stay last minute and it was simply wonderful. The rooms are spacious, the pool is delightful and so refreshing after a hot day sightseeing around the city. The concierge staff we so helpful and provided excellent recommendations.

We very much enjoyed the stay at your Hotel. The view from the rooms, as well as from the rooftop bar was outstanding.
Also the service and breakfast as well as dinner very much pleased us.
Last not least we appreciated the taxi service to the airport you arranged for us. We paid half the price of the taxi drive from the airport to Banyan tree ;-).

우선 전반적으로 낡은 호텔입니다 룸 컨디션,카페트 ,가구 등 모두 낡았습니다 다른 호텔도 비슷할것 같지만 도심지에 있어서 차량 소음이 심했습니다 조식은 보통이었고 수영장은 작다는 리뷰가 많지만 충분한 규모였습니다 직원들의 서비스는 아주 좋았는데 모두가 매우 친절했습니다 61층 버티고 문바는 정말 환상적인 뷰였고 직원들도 친절했습니다 맥주는 조금 미지근 했네요 기억에 남는건 친절한 직원들 입니다

Fantastic hotel. Little bit of a walk to the metro in the heat but doable. Busy area with traffic so leave lots of extra time for taxi's to get anywhere!

The checking was took so long even I have already checked in through what’s up they sent the link for pre check in. And at night around 11:30pm, the bathroom starts leaking water from the roof and all of my stuff inside the bathroom are wet and dirty. If you want I can send you the video. It was like water fall leaking from the roof and carpet got wet too.

酒店位置並非十分方便，酒店亦沒有提供Shuttle Bus方便住客，坐車到酒店十分擠塞。
酒店人員的服務卓越及有禮，但不明白為什麼要安排男職員巡查女蒸氣房，使女賓客十分驚恐，而男女浴室及洗手間的指示牌，亦十分不清楚，只得一個圖案，並沒有文字顯示，為男或女的分別，我見到有男賓客走進女廁所，我覺得酒店應該要清楚展示男女厠的分別及男女員工的工作分配。
酒店設施開始有些老舊，尤其插頭並沒有跟進時尚增加USB插頭，仍然使用老舊的插頭。
最後離開酒店時乘坐酒店提供接駁車站的篤篤車，但司機十分危險，如入無人之境， 十分之危險駕駛，再有機會我亦不會乘座，亦不推薦給大家乘坐。
