We had a 10 day stay in a pool villa and it was fabulous! The facility is a little dated but the vibe is pure chill! Having our own pool was fabulous and the staff are all so friendly. I had a number of spa treatments and always left feeling so relaxed. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the location, surroundings, ambience, the staff, amenities, food and drinks. Too bad the travel agent office has closed else it would be very easy to arrange for sightseeing and day trips. But the reception was equally as helpful. The property location is perfect, not too far from Patong and Karon town to give you the quiet and seclusion, but close enough to access both commercial areas of Patong and Karon town, beach with a short taxi or tuk-tuk ride. Hats off also to the minute details taken care at the property, like Geo (the Management Trainee) who introduced himself and genuinely asked for feedback and engage us as guests, and down to the detailed housekeeping who brought us water each day and takes the effort to call us, even though we put the sign out that room housekeeping was not required. And finally, the music played around the pool area is perfectly suited for the chill atmosphere on the site, lounge EDM, that brings vibrancy to the area. Overall, a top property and I will definitely be back again!

It’s not kids friendly as there are no kids activities. Rooms’ structure becomes old now. Staff is really good. Food is alright. if they add more food items in respect to all continental it would be great. Overall experience was good.

Ett av de bättre hotellen i Phuket. Man bor i egen villa med en otrolig utsikt. Bra frukost och bra restaurang överlag. Promenadväg till Karon Beach finns, MEN det finns ormar längst den vägen. Bl v attackerad av en 2m lång kungskobra på väg till stranden via deras ”genväg”. Åkte tuk tuk efter den incidenten. Grymt bra hotell lite avsides och med en utsikt man sent glömmer.

Ruhiges Hotel in Berglage am Karon Beach. Wir hatten eine Villa mit eigenem Pool. Die Villen sind so angeordnet, dass sie nicht einsehbar sind. Toll! Man hat hier wirklich Privatsphäre. Allerdings ist das gesamte Hotel stark renovierungsbedürftig!!! Nicht echtes Centara Niveu und ganz weit weg von 4 Sternen.

Ett av de bättre hotellen i Phuket. Man bor i egen villa med en otrolig utsikt. Bra frukost och bra restaurang överlag. Promenadväg till Karon Beach finns, MEN det finns ormar längst den vägen. Bl v attackerad av en 2m lång kungskobra på väg till stranden via deras ”genväg”. Åkte tuk tuk efter den incidenten. Grymt bra hotell lite avsides och med en utsikt man sent glömmer.

Ruhiges Hotel in Berglage am Karon Beach. Wir hatten eine Villa mit eigenem Pool. Die Villen sind so angeordnet, dass sie nicht einsehbar sind. Toll! Man hat hier wirklich Privatsphäre. Allerdings ist das gesamte Hotel stark renovierungsbedürftig!!! Nicht echtes Centara Niveu und ganz weit weg von 4 Sternen.
