Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok

The hotel staff were very helpful in making sure we had a great stay. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever had and that is saying a lot since I have been around the world!

Utmärkt hotel för såväl par som familjer som reser. Väldigt prydligt. Personal som hjälper till med precis allt man kan behöva. Kan även tipsa om massagen! Frukosten var den bästa!

The staff were really nice and incredibly helpful. The transport is also extremely convenient. You could really get the best Bang for your buck in the breakfast Buffet.

Struttura elegante e molto comoda con accesso diretto a BTS, noi ci siamo trovati così bene da tornare al rientro dal giro nel nord.

The direct entry to the BTS is a huge plus. The hotel is very well located, is attractive in total with a really nice view from the upper floors and also from the pool area. A perfect place for a city trip

I generally prefer hotels that tend to be artsy boutique and independent, for their uniqueness, romantic nature, seclusion, and attention to a theme and/or detail; this hotel surprised me in a favourable way. While it did remind me of an airport business class lounge with its zen like simple efficiency, relaxed service, neutral palette, and comfort, it went beyond that. What really shines about this hotel is the people who run it: the incredible staff without whom this hotel would be yet another corporate gray and brown chain. On this segment of my trip I had just come from southern Thailand where it is more the land of hot and angry, rather than bothered, wondering where the land of smiles was. Well, it is in this hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and kind in a genuine way that was refreshing, even when, for my very limited breakfast choices, my vegan dietary demands were a bit difficult to please and I made an issue of an over-sugared chocolate children’s cereal not being even close to muesli or the soup bowl full of of soy milk being fit for a cat to lap up. Thank you Lady Wawa for your reception and great patience. I will keep in touch, though I probably would not stay here on my next visit; maybe in transit as I would like to collect on that offer of the massage, not because I did not like the hotel, it was very pleasant and I love the staff, but because on my semi annual trips to Bangkok I prefer to stay in different areas and often a new boutique type hotel.....

This was a hotel where I had a wonderful time. All the staff were kind and friendly. The infinity pool was also very nice. The breakfast was delicious. The club lounge had free alcohol and snacks during happy hour, and I enjoyed watching the sunset. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I would like to stay at this hotel again next time.

Très bel hôtel, chambres très confortables et piscine superbe. Petit-dejeuner varié et opulent mais l'immensité de la salle donne un asoect cantine . Accueil à la reception assez froid et impersonnel pour le Check-in. Très belle salle de sport.

The location is very good,it’s near from the station,staffs were great and kind. The pool is also good. First we thought there is few restaurants near the hotel,but we found good local restaurants,we could enjoy the dinner. The restaurant in this hotel seems be nice,when we return ,we will try it. Breakfast was great. Thanks so much.

Had a great experience at the hotel, the entire team from the security guard to room services were all incredibly friendly. Stayed in the executive suite and it was very spacious, large shower with soaking tub. Cocktails and food were surprisingly good. Definitely would stay again.
