Amazing location and beautiful hotel just by the beach. Pool area was fantastic. WiFi was poor and our AC was not that great as it didn’t quite work as well as expected. Service and restaurant was amazing and we will definitely be back.

I am really satisfied with my stay at Hansar Samui. Location is wonderful. It is very convenient since Fisherman Villeage is close and also enjoy very nice beach. The room is clean and all staff are friendly. I will defenitely be back at Hansar Samui when I visit Koh Samui.

Brilliant location right on the beach in the quiet part of Fisherman’s Village. The beach and pool were beautiful, and the staff were exceptional—especially Max at the bar who really looked after us. The restaurant food was outstanding, and the spa and other facilities were top-notch. The pool was spotless, with plenty of recliners and great floating lilos. Our room was cleaned daily and always felt fresh. We genuinely couldn’t fault anything and would love to come back—an excellent stay all round. Highly recommend

nice stay, but disappointed about the breakfast facilities are nice but very minimalist, the room arrangement is not as expected , you enter in the part of the bathe room and the shower is the other side , not user friendly form me i asked for a room with beach view , but actually everyone could walk in front of my room since it's a public way and not private at all, then most of the time i had to close the window . it is not worth the price

Das Management hat auf eine Reklamation hervorragend reagiert. Premium-class :-) Leider beherbergte das Hotel während unserem Aufenthalt sehr viele Gäste ohne Manieren und Anstand. Alle aus der gleichen Region, vielleicht benimmt man sich da so. Für einen Europäer sehr ungewohnt. Schade für dieses sonst sehr schöne Hotel.

Great location with a short stroll to Fisherman's Village. Hotel appears a bit shabby in places and nowhere near as good as the previous hotel we stayed in. I wouldn't class this as a 5 star hotel, it just doesn't have the type of class or amenities you would expect. I would put it as a 4 star at the most. The staff were great and the pool magnificent but rooms not cleaned well and towels provided each day were often threadbare or stains on them. Worst of all was the awful and distinct smell of mouldiness in the room that points to ventilation or air conditioning issues. Coffee/tea facilities in room were poor and the breakfast included was nothing special. The place definitely needs a major renovation.

i have stayed in this hotel during the last few year, and i will be back again! the staff is amazing and always are willing to help. food is great, clean, location is wonderful. We had to leave the hotel after few days because emergency, and the hotel was amazing, they gave us voucher on the days we could not stay, we are truly appriciate such kindness, we defintely will come back soon! we simply love everything about this hotel! oh if they can do for me a vegan choclate next time that will be amazing too! we will come back again soon for sure!!

I wouldn't class this as a 5 star hotel, it just doesn't have the type of class or amenities you would expect. I would put it as a 4 star at the most. The staff were great and the pool magnificent but rooms not cleaned well and towels provided each day were often threadbare or stains on them. Worst of all was the awful and distinct smell of mouldiness in the room that points to ventilation or air conditioning issues. Coffee/tea facilities in room were poor and the breakfast included was nothing special. The place definitely needs a major renovation.

i have stayed in this hotel during the last few year, and i will be back again! the staff is amazing and always are willing to help. food is great, clean, location is wonderful. We had to leave the hotel after few days because emergency, and the hotel was amazing, they gave us voucher on the days we could not stay, we are truly appriciate such kindness, we defintely will come back soon! we simply love everything about this hotel! oh if they can do for me a vegan choclate next time that will be amazing too! we will come back again soon for sure!!
