Great staff, so friendly and polite! Loved the pool and swim up bar! Access to beach is easy and the hotel is in a nice quiet spot but within easy walking distance of all the local bars and restaurants! The fantasea show within 10minute taxi was a bonus as the kids loved it

Room was good but definitely need some renovations. Also the building itself. The big issue at the hotel is the access to the pool through the gym, was people crossing all the time totally wet, wearing not appropriate attire for a gym, people with floaty, paddle board, kids running.

Clean rooms, very nice staff, but don’t understand why the room was not allowed for a family of 4! Could have easily fit! I had to book 2 rooms - double the price.

We chose to stay at Novotel expecting a reputable and comfortable experience, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. We had booked an Executive Twin Room, which turned out to be located in a low-grade building that felt more like a two-star property. While the hotel appears appealing from the outside, once you enter, the rooms are located extremely far from the main area. I was not aware that only the ocean-facing rooms are in the main, higher-standard building. We had to change rooms three times due to a persistent damp smell in most of them, which was very frustrating after a 10-hour journey. The staff was not particularly cooperative during this process, which added to the disappointment. On a positive note, the restaurant food and breakfast service were excellent — both in quality and hospitality. Overall, apart from the dining experience, the stay fell far below expectations for a Novotel-branded hotel.

The place was lovely, the view of the ocean is beautiful and the pool was well kept. Breakfast was wonderful and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was convenient to walk down the beach to the boardwalk but also away from any major partying I'm not into. I would go back

Schönes Hotel mit super Infinitypool und Jacuzzi am tollen Strand, netten Service und kostenlosen Eiswürfelbeutel. Kleinere Eisbeutel wäre besser, der Beutel ist für 2 Personen viel zu groß. Schade, dass die Gegend sehr wenig belebt ist. Wer also Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Vor dem Hotel ist nichts los, am besten am Strand entlang schlendern, dann findet man in wenigen Metern einen Club, Restaurants und in ca. 1 km eine kleine Shoppingmeile im Ort mit Geschäften, Lokalen, Massagesalons usw... Der Kamala Markt von Einheimischen mit Obst, Speisen (Streetfood ohne Restaurant), Taschen, Schuhen uvm. ist abends echt toll und günstig. Der Markt ist nur am Montag, Donnerstag und Freitag. Mit dem Taxi ist man aber in ca. 15-20 Minuten in Patong. In Patong gibt es sehr viele Geschäfte und Touristen, ist aber mega überlaufen und uns persönlich viel zu laut und stressig. Wir haben 1 Woche dort genossen und waren danach noch knapp 2 Wochen in Khao Lak. Z.B.ist Obst in Kamala viel günstiger wie in Khao Lak, in Khao Lak kostet 1 kg Mangosteen auf den Biang Nang Markt das 3-Fache.

This is a clean, recently refurbished hotel, with friendly staff. Our rooms had balconies overlooking the beach and sea. A very pleasant view. Will be visiting again I’m sure.
