Nice, quiet hotel. May not look brand new and is an old building, not to many channels to watch on TV but it's clean, affordable and comfortable! The staff is amazing, friendly and the hospitality is wonderful! They help set up taxis for you, and you receive a free buffet style breakfast every morning! Will stay here again for sure.

Solides Hotel, tolles Frühstück und angenehm, zwei Pools auf dem Dach zur Verfügung zu haben. Hatte einfachstes Einzelzimmer, Ausstattung wie beschrieben und alles OK. Einzig das Bad blieb immer halb überschwemmt, weil Abfluss und Gefälle der Fliesen nicht zusammen passten Aber das ist bei Budget Hotels in Thailand häufiger der Fall, ein Abzieher bereit zu stellen würde schon helfen. Gegend sehr touristisch, aber OK zum ankommen und akklimatisieren.

Priserne for at overnatte er lave, så man får selvfølgelig standard derefter. Hotellet kunne godt trænge til en lille make-over, men det meste virkede. Og de ting som ikke gjorde, der løste personalet det hurtigt. Morgenmaden var lidt ens alle dagene, men smagte godt. Personalet er virkelig imødekommende og hjælpsomme. De lavede en morgenmad to og en dag vi skulle på en tidlig udflugt, og de vil altid gerne hjælpe med at tilkalde en taxa/tuk tuk. Det ligger lidt udenfor byen, så der er virkelig dejlig stille i området.

The property was very charming and I enjoyed my stay. It was rather tired though - worn carpets, lights not all working etc. It could use a bit of TLC! I liked the ambiance though and staff were very friendly. It's a bit far from the Old City to walk, but we used Grab and were into the heart of things very cheaply in about 10 minutes.

The property looks and feels old. It was okay for a short stay and convenient to where I needed to be. Lighting in the corridors was not good - very dark. Lift and. Corridors were sort of carpeted - carpet was not fixed too the floors, and edges were frayed so the wheels of my suitcase kept getting caught. Room was very basic.

Basic hotel but just what you need if you want something quiet/ out of the city to relax. Small pool but beautiful. Very chilled vibe. Restaurant has a small menu but the food is really good if you just want a snack or want a night in for dinner. Breakfast is great - loads of options - best of all - fresh homemade pancakes!

Basic hotel but clean, nice vibe, peaceful. Out of the city but short ride into the centre. Beautiful pool (small) and sun beds (less than 10) Staff were lovely and always helpful. Breakfast was great - big variety and fresh pancakes!!! Restaurant has a small menu but great if you just want to stay in or grab a snack. Beautiful old dog ready to greet guests is super friendly. Overall great vibe is you just want somewhere quiet to recharge.

On positive notes, the hotel was looking nice with the pool and all that especially on Expedia website. The pricing was more than appetizing and mouth watering. So I booked. Oh well. Reception desk staff was pleasant, welcoming and speaks a decent English. That’s huge in Thailand as most Thai people are clueless with English speaking despite the fact that tourism is a major source of income for the country. The hotel has two pool areas and a restaurant which is spacious and airy and both are beautifully located. Negatives: the room is cramped, bedsheets are old and worn out. You did not definitely get a sense of a clean room like that. There was hardly any space to put your stuff. You don’t feel well rested and refreshed staying in a room like that. The bathroom was also small but just enough to get your job done. The look outside from our room wasn’t great either and kind of tini tiny balcony was also very old and poorly maintained. Outside toilets looked so not clean and unwelcoming. The worst part was that there were mosquitoes and, there were signs to close the door asap as you come in and out of your room. That was not cool. That drove us moved out the evening we came in without staying over night. However to be fair, I love the English speaking staff and the affordability provided that you can stand being bit by mosquitoes. They say risk of contracting malaria in Chiang Mai is low. I certainly hope so.

Bellissima sistemazione con ottimo ristorante annesso. La colazione è ben fornita e variegata nelle giornate diverse. Ho avuto anche la fortuna di assaggiare un ottimo khao Soi a colazione (oltre tutto il resto). Vicino al centro città è ben servito dai vari taxi locali. Oltre ad essere bello e’ stato comodissimo per la partenza in pullman verso Chiang Rai in quanto è vicinissimo al Terminal dei pulmann 2. Personale prontissimo alle esigenze extra e gentilissimo. Si può godere di ben 2 belle piscine.

Very good & prompt customer service. The hotel is comfortable yet weathered. Good location for market and restaurants.

Loved this woth our family of 4. 2 spacious rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast options. clean pools. Restaurant has good food but limited options. About 35 mins walk to centre. Would come back again

The property looks and feels old. It was okay for a short stay and convenient to where I needed to be. Lighting in the corridors was not good - very dark. Lift and. Corridors were sort of carpeted - carpet was not fixed too the floors, and edges were frayed so the wheels of my suitcase kept getting caught. Room was very basic.

Basic hotel but just what you need if you want something quiet/ out of the city to relax. Small pool but beautiful. Very chilled vibe. Restaurant has a small menu but the food is really good if you just want a snack or want a night in for dinner. Breakfast is great - loads of options - best of all - fresh homemade pancakes!

Basic hotel but clean, nice vibe, peaceful. Out of the city but short ride into the centre. Beautiful pool (small) and sun beds (less than 10) Staff were lovely and always helpful. Breakfast was great - big variety and fresh pancakes!!! Restaurant has a small menu but great if you just want to stay in or grab a snack. Beautiful old dog ready to greet guests is super friendly. Overall great vibe is you just want somewhere quiet to recharge.

On positive notes, the hotel was looking nice with the pool and all that especially on Expedia website. The pricing was more than appetizing and mouth watering. So I booked. Oh well. Reception desk staff was pleasant, welcoming and speaks a decent English. That’s huge in Thailand as most Thai people are clueless with English speaking despite the fact that tourism is a major source of income for the country. The hotel has two pool areas and a restaurant which is spacious and airy and both are beautifully located. Negatives: the room is cramped, bedsheets are old and worn out. You did not definitely get a sense of a clean room like that. There was hardly any space to put your stuff. You don’t feel well rested and refreshed staying in a room like that. The bathroom was also small but just enough to get your job done. The look outside from our room wasn’t great either and kind of tini tiny balcony was also very old and poorly maintained. Outside toilets looked so not clean and unwelcoming. The worst part was that there were mosquitoes and, there were signs to close the door asap as you come in and out of your room. That was not cool. That drove us moved out the evening we came in without staying over night. However to be fair, I love the English speaking staff and the affordability provided that you can stand being bit by mosquitoes. They say risk of contracting malaria in Chiang Mai is low. I certainly hope so.

Bellissima sistemazione con ottimo ristorante annesso. La colazione è ben fornita e variegata nelle giornate diverse. Ho avuto anche la fortuna di assaggiare un ottimo khao Soi a colazione (oltre tutto il resto). Vicino al centro città è ben servito dai vari taxi locali. Oltre ad essere bello e’ stato comodissimo per la partenza in pullman verso Chiang Rai in quanto è vicinissimo al Terminal dei pulmann 2. Personale prontissimo alle esigenze extra e gentilissimo. Si può godere di ben 2 belle piscine.
