New IHG Hotel SIX SENSES SAMUI

Wir hatten die Villa mit Meerblick und es war Mega schön. Sehr sauber, vorallem weil zweimal am Tag der Zimmerservice kommt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und schaut zu jeder Zeit das alles für einen passt. Natürlich entsprechen die Preise vor Ort europäischen Preisen (manchmal etwas übertrieben um ehrlich zu sein) Das Resort ist etwas abgelegen, man hat dort seine Ruhe. Es gibt Angebote um den ein oder anderen Ort der Insel zu erkunden.

Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. Frokosten var overraskende liten med lite utvalg, etter hva jeg er vant med fra tidligere 5-stjerners hotellopphold. Resorten ligger fint til, men langt unna andre butikker og restauranter, prisene på hotellet er svært høye. En brus koster 15 ganger så mye som i butikken. Rommene hadde fin utsikt, men under oppholdet blåste det mye, også inne på rommet på grunn av dårlig isolasjon rundt vinduer, som gjorde at man på et vis følte at man var ute i stormen selv om man var inne på rommet. Rommet føltes noe gammelt og utdatert, trenger oppussing. Det var gjort noen improvisoriske reparasjoner på rommet. Hotellet er fint, og servicen er god og personalet gjør sitt beste for å gi en god opplevelse. Maten på restauranten er under gjennomsnittet og frokosten lite imponerende. Alt i alt en overpriset opplevelse for selve oppholdet. Maten og drikken på hotellet var også urimelig priset i forhold til lokale priser. Ikke misnøye på grunn av manglende service, men manglende objektive goder man får for pengene man betaler for å bo på stedet. Prisen kunne representert et all inclusive opphold på flere resorter med lignende eller bedre og mer oppdaterte fasiliteter.

Our GEM made our stay so relaxing and all our needs were taken care of. The treatments at the spa were expensive but dreamlike, we had 4 unforgettable treatments. The view was stunning. The breakfast food was 5/5. The buffet was marvellous, with an a la carte included. The hotel's accessibility could be improved. Not every staircase had a handrail.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Six Senses Hotel in Ko Samui, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The hotel itself is stunning, and the private villas blend seamlessly into the natural landscape, providing a sense of tranquility and seclusion. My villa was beautifully designed, featuring a private infinity pool that overlooked the ocean. The food at Six Senses was another highlight prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The wine was also very good. The massages were fantastic. I can highly recommend Melon, but I am sure that all the masseuses are all great. The hotel helped the easy organization of tailored boat tours as well as a half day with a driver. Overall, my stay at Six Senses Ko Samui was a perfect break. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, wonderful food and top quality massages made for a truly memorable vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a serene and indulgent getaway.

Amazing resort within want to leave!

Om man åker till samma hotell för 3 gången så måste det vara bra. Bara bäst. Åker gärna dit en fjärde gång.

Das Resort ist wunderschön in der Natur gelegen, jedoch sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig. Es gab praktisch jeden Tag dasselbe, mit Ausnahme eines Gerichts. Die Qualität war in Ordnung. Der Service war teilweise unorganisiert, jedoch freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel eher als gutes 4 Sterne Resort einordnen. Der Abstand zu anderen 5 Sterne Resorts, die wir in der Vergangenheit besucht haben, ist sehr gross.

Down at the beach, and also at the tiny beach accessible from the spa the overall impression was unkempt. Due to the daily spraying there are hardly any blossoms on the plants and trees. The staff advises use of the app for all requests, making it difficult to digitally detox! Would have preferred a paper alternative.

I have stayed at many 5-star hotels, all over the world. I believe the service at Six Senses Samui is the best. An extraordinary experience, at an extraordinary place of beauty

Amazing staff, amazing food, restaurants and pools are first class. Good Service over all. Beware that the property is very spread out and also removed from island life. Good if you want to get away from it all and isolate yourself. Long distances between your room and the restaurants. Unless you like to walk a lot, you need to call a buggy to get picked up, which usually arrives pretty fast. Only real let-down is there is only one tiny sandy and usable beach for the entire place (the rest is all rocks). For Koh Samui the beach is unattractive and uninviting. They maintain the hotel part of beach (about 30-40 meters}, but if you go for a walk on the other 150 meters or so, it bis littered with trash and plastic bottles, very unappetizing. With the cheap labour in Thailand it would cost next to nothing to send 2 guys a few times a week to collect the trash. So don't come for the beach here, but everything else is pretty spectacular.

My partner and I stayed for 4 days. Lena was very helpful, and overall, all the staff were very friendly and cheerful. The service was excellent, and the food was great. The only downside was that the sea was very wavy, so we went to another beach to swim.

Very good hotel
