Staff services were amazingly good and helpful. You need to place a deposit 1000baht so keep aside that cash. Went for elephant tour and kitchen was able to prepare breakfast to-go at 7am, very happy with the eggs and toast. Housekeeping was good and honest! I threw away a bag (left it beside the rubbish bin) and didn't expect housekeeping staff to check the bag compartments, she found some cash in there and returned to me immediately whilst I was at reception/check out. Really grateful for that integrity and honesty! Located along the busy street so you do get some noise from the traffic and people at night. Room is not the biggest but decent size. Water pressure is good. Hotel provides two bottles of water daily. Check out blue coffee.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Location was great to seeing sights around Old Town. Accommodated our early morning excursions by having breakfast prepared and ready before the regular breakfast operating hours. Totally enjoyed the stay.

Such a comfortable stay! The service was excellent and the room was very clean. We had stayed at two 5-star hotels before this one but had our best sleep at this very hotel. Props to the friendly and hardworking staff. Breakfast was also good btw!

We enjoyed our 3 nights a lot. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We ordered takeout food the night before our departure so we had food at the airport. It was prepared fresh the next morning, all in time for our 8 am departure, amazing!!!

Exceptional stay at this lovely property in the heart of the old town during the Loy Kratong festival in November. I have have never stayed anywhere where the staff truly make you feel beyond welcome and will do anything to make sure your stay is exceptional. They surprised me the first morning after breakfast by having all of the staff sing me happy birthday and surprised me with a full cake. You could tell it meant so much to their staff that it brought me to tears. The hotel is right on the moat of the old town and steps away from the old Tape Gate. Great location for enjoying the festival although because it’s in the heart of the action it was hard to fall asleep with everyone lighting off fireworks and celebrating until the wee hours of the morning. I would also say that the one downfall of the hotel stay was how hard the bed and pillows were. As my husband would say it was like sleeping on a hay bail. The staff did their best to find us softer pillows but it was a hard sleep. The included breakfast was simple yet good and the restaurant was great for a refreshing drink and snack in the afternoon or late evening although I never had a full dinner there. Beautiful property but the staff is truly what makes it shine.

Great place, great price, fantastic staff. I only wish they would change the WiFi so you don’t have to keep logging in - most hotels just open it up to all now. Wonderful hotel, location can’t be beat.

Exceptional stay at this lovely property in the heart of the old town during the Loy Kratong festival in November. I have have never stayed anywhere where the staff truly make you feel beyond welcome and will do anything to make sure your stay is exceptional. They surprised me the first morning after breakfast by having all of the staff sing me happy birthday and surprised me with a full cake. You could tell it meant so much to their staff that it brought me to tears. The hotel is right on the moat of the old town and steps away from the old Tape Gate. Great location for enjoying the festival although because it’s in the heart of the action it was hard to fall asleep with everyone lighting off fireworks and celebrating until the wee hours of the morning. I would also say that the one downfall of the hotel stay was how hard the bed and pillows were. As my husband would say it was like sleeping on a hay bail. The staff did their best to find us softer pillows but it was a hard sleep. The included breakfast was simple yet good and the restaurant was great for a refreshing drink and snack in the afternoon or late evening although I never had a full dinner there. Beautiful property but the staff is truly what makes it shine.
