Lovely place with nice staff and really good pool. Its just 5-600 meter to the beach and you have many restaurants and other facilities close by, including a 7-11 only 50 meter from the hotel.

Location was very convenient to tons of food, shopping and amenities. Staff was very nice. However, our room door top lock didn’t lock which made me nervous. I was traveling with just my daughter and myself, but they assured me I was safe. Bathroom was a bit unclean and a giant roach joined the fun in the middle of the night. Outside of those few minor hiccups, the overall stat was great.

The hotel itself is great, large clean rooms with balcony and nice sized bathroom. The service is first class and staff very friendly. Its location in Kata is ideal to get the best from the locality and walkable to the beach. Food at the walking street market is great, very fresh and cheap. No need for fancy restaurants here. The only thing that lets it down is the pool area, which whilst good and large, could do with some TLC.

It was pleasant to stay in this hotel. The location is excellent. Close to markets and restaurants, Thai massage. And 10 min walking to the beach. The staff is very friendly. They did a good job in cleaning. We left the hotel with everything we came with and nothing was missing. So in our experience the housekeeping is trustworthy. Thank you very. We recommend this place.

F&B staff - Your bar staff needs to learn how to be bartenders. Seemed a bit clueless to fulfil relatively simple orders - eg. "a bucket of beers" should come in a bucket...with ice! Does that really need to be taught!? Facilities - Condition of the pool needs attention, desperately. The two circular sitting areas are rife with lime green algae. While the water was overall pretty clear, in reality, a pool that's properly maintained with chemicals should never support the growth of that kind of thing. You desperately need to up your game in this regard. I personally would not set foot in that water. Cleaning - I'd say cleanliness of the room was just OK. Some mould growth in the shower that could also be easily dealt with, but wasn't. Easy fixes, really. Just need to pay attention to what's happening with your property.

Mjuka sköna sängar, rena rum och jättebra service! Lite slitet på sina ställen men överlag bra! Hade gett en 3,5 om den fanns. Frukosten var sådär, men det är väl lika på de flesta hotellen runt omkring. Vi köpte frukost 2 dagar annars åt vi ute på andra ställen. Skulle absolut kunna bo här igen!

Fint standard hotel til prisen. Hotellet ligger ca. 1,2 km fra Strandpromenaden, så man skal være indstillet på en mindre gåtur. Morgenmadsbuffeten var udemærket. Værelserne var ok, men en lille smule slidte i det. Rengøringen var i top og komforten lige så. Personalet var hjælpsomme, selvom det kun var få af dem der kunne tale engelsk. Poolområdet var ganske fint, dog skal man være opmærksom på, at der hurtigt kommer skygge, idet hotellets høje bygninger omkranser poolområdet. Poolbaren har alt hvad du har brug for og har åbent fra 10-19. Selve byen er meget turistet og der er super meget trafik og mange mennesker hele tiden. Hvis man spiser på de lokale markeder/restauranter kan man få et måltid til 30-40 kr.

Hotel room is dirty. Breakfast is mediocere. Hotel staff wouldn't exchange cash for change for the laundry. They charge for every little thing including printing. The water pressure was very low and it would go from burning hot to cold and back and forth in the matter of seconds. Beds were not comfortable. Over all after 3 weeks in thailand this was our worst stay and the most expensive. Keep look for something better.

Hotel room was under expectations. Water flow is inconstant when bathing, to such an extent where there are times where there is no water. room was poorly maintained. The morning breakfast in the restaurant was below expectations. Firstly, there isn’t much variety of food. It ruins the appetite of the diners. The gym cannot even be used. Overall, the hotel was well under expectations and I would not visit there again.

While the water was overall pretty clear, in reality, a pool that's properly maintained with chemicals should never support the growth of that kind of thing. You desperately need to up your game in this regard. I personally would not set foot in that water. Cleaning - I'd say cleanliness of the room was just OK. Some mould growth in the shower that could also be easily dealt with, but wasn't. Easy fixes, really. Just need to pay attention to what's happening with your property.

Mjuka sköna sängar, rena rum och jättebra service! Lite slitet på sina ställen men överlag bra! Hade gett en 3,5 om den fanns. Frukosten var sådär, men det är väl lika på de flesta hotellen runt omkring. Vi köpte frukost 2 dagar annars åt vi ute på andra ställen. Skulle absolut kunna bo här igen!

Fint standard hotel til prisen. Hotellet ligger ca. 1,2 km fra Strandpromenaden, så man skal være indstillet på en mindre gåtur. Morgenmadsbuffeten var udemærket. Værelserne var ok, men en lille smule slidte i det. Rengøringen var i top og komforten lige så. Personalet var hjælpsomme, selvom det kun var få af dem der kunne tale engelsk. Poolområdet var ganske fint, dog skal man være opmærksom på, at der hurtigt kommer skygge, idet hotellets høje bygninger omkranser poolområdet. Poolbaren har alt hvad du har brug for og har åbent fra 10-19. Selve byen er meget turistet og der er super meget trafik og mange mennesker hele tiden. Hvis man spiser på de lokale markeder/restauranter kan man få et måltid til 30-40 kr.

Hotel room is dirty. Breakfast is mediocere. Hotel staff wouldn't exchange cash for change for the laundry. They charge for every little thing including printing. The water pressure was very low and it would go from burning hot to cold and back and forth in the matter of seconds. Beds were not comfortable. Over all after 3 weeks in thailand this was our worst stay and the most expensive. Keep look for something better.

Hotel room was under expectations. Water flow is inconstant when bathing, to such an extent where there are times where there is no water. room was poorly maintained. The morning breakfast in the restaurant was below expectations. Firstly, there isn’t much variety of food. It ruins the appetite of the diners. The gym cannot even be used. Overall, the hotel was well under expectations and I would not visit there again.
