I have stayed at this hotel a few times in recent years and always check availability when I plan to spend time in Bangkok. The hotel is very reasonably priced for its location and facilities. It is very clean and well maintained, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would certainly recommend Citrus 11 to those looking for a stress-free and pleasant stay in the centre of Bangkok – the hotel is close to important transportation networks, and to nightlife and restaurants.

During my interaction with your front desk staff, specifically Namkwan, I was met with behavior that was not only rude and sarcastic but also disrespectful and arrogant. When I asked for some change to pay for my Grab good delivery , she simply said no, which I accepted without issue. However, her demeanor was entirely unacceptable. She was visibly annoyed, treated me with disdain, and made it clear that she wanted to brush me off as quickly as possible. This level of unprofessionalism is deeply concerning.

Nice Hotel thats not far from the action. Staff were nice i just had a incident with a staffer who must be new that didnt know the address to the property when I went to book another stay and asked was this the correct property twice and she said yes. I booked the property turns out it wasn't the same property it was another Citrus property around corner. I tried to get my money back on Agoda and they tried but the other property would not ok the cancelation even tho i was at there sister location so i end up losing my money becauee i didnt want to pack up and move. They reduced the price some but wouldnt compensate there mistake they just expect you to except there mistakes and live with it which in US the Customer when in the right we trying to make the customer whole and they did not that really upset me and they really didnt help the situation. I have worked in Hotel instry for 20 years and Airline for 15 so taking care of customer issues is the Standard especially when at fault. Other then the issue the property is nice and breakfast was slightly above average.

Great location. Walkable to everything you need. Nice breakfast buffett from 7-10am. Access to taxis is excellent if you need to go to the airport.
