The Fig Lobby Bangkok

Personally not so impressed once step in to the hotel due to the scent they used, however this is still on personal preference. What really disappointed me was being rated at a 4 star hotel, there is no bath rope, no bowls and plates and cutleries. Staff is not as friendly either. Therefore I would say it’s slightly overrated and over recommended.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, and a beautiful eclectic environment

I absolutely love this place. I’ve been living here for a few weeks and they’ve been so sweet and accommodating.

Lovely staff, great location, cool vibe, fun lobby, very helpful, always willing to accomodate, and will be staying again for sure! Definitely a wonderful place to stay in Bangkok. Only thing I wasnt a fan of was the desk chairs in the rooms, not comfy at all, but probably for the best, it gets you out of the room and go explore the city!

The Fig Lobby was an amazing surprise, full of art, spunk and personality. The front desk staff were amazing, very friendly, helpful and great communicators. The rooms are clean and sustainability is well integrated - much more than other properties I’ve stayed at. The rooftop bar is spacious and well maintained. We didn’t know until checkout, but you can use a sister property’s pool nearby which is a really nice perk. We’d definitely stay again next time in Bangkok!

Love the funky, quirky atmosphere and vibrant colours. Breakfast each morning was good and coffee was the best I’ve had in Bangkok. Staff were super helpful and friendly

Quirky place. Its fun and colorfull. Great option for Queer community. I was there before work with my bestie collegue. Its far from Bangkok downtown but nothing that a fun tuk tuk wont solve. Had some hiccups with my room not worthy to mention but they were very fast in solving it. A bit worn down but its fine for two nights.

The location was not easy to access with suitcase.Lol But I enjoyed staying with them in Bangkok! Breakfast was great, they have vege menu, it helped me a lot! The hotel is super cute! It looks like a museum! Thank you very much!!!

Driving up to the entrance and being greeted by a punch of wild colour and shapes, we walked into a bright, fun lobby and were greeted by cheerful and helpful staff (and ice cream). We stayed in seperate rooms, a few doors up from each other and loved the playfulness of the decor and comfort of the beds and furniture. The rooftop bar provided a great panoramic view over the city, and the location was perfect for where we planned to spend our days.

Dejligt hotel, med en rigtig god beliggenhed, tæt på de lokale thailændere. Pænt værelse og en hyggelig mindre balkon. God morgenmad, dog ikke det store udvalg. Minus er at poolen ikke ligger på selve hotellet, men nogle min. gang derfra, selve poolområdet var ikke specielt hyggeligt. Deres "Sky" bar var stort set død og hele den ene ende på taget blev ikke brugt til andet end noget opbevaring af stole, borde mm. Det kunne være fedt, hvis de lavede noget hyggeligt udemiljø med lækker belysning og måske nogle udendørs spabade så der kunne blive en spa/lounge stemning, blot en ide.

Warm welcomes are always nice. Thank you for the warm welcome. The artwork in the lobby is great to look at when waiting for a ride. The breakfast food was delicious too. Good job with the music in the lobby too

Hotel is visually really cool and the spa is nice. Our room looked great/ like the photos but on closer inspection was showing wear. The sofa was stained, coffee machine didn’t work, and mould in the bathroom. On occasion it would smell a bit like sulphur. We didn’t bother to report any of it, as it was all minor and the hotel was very well priced.

Very good stay, i could definitely both recommend and book myself there again.

Staff were lovely and art was cool. Loved the free ice cream. However the room itself had little privacy (faced the carpark and an apartment block). Most disappointing was that they allow half the roof top to be hired for private events. Felt super uncomfortable listening to a loud wedding playlist and most the seats were reserved for the event…. So much for trying to enjoy the views and some down time.
