The style of the property was a mix of Japanese and Chinese. The room was clean. The welcome gifts included a free drink and 15 minute foot massage. We really enjoyed going to Recordoffee nearby for breakfast and coffee/tea. We had an inside room, so didn't have any windows, which was a little weird, but fine for 1 night. The views from just past the pool on the deck and in the lobby are amazing. Overall, very memorable.

Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. An einen Schlaf ist nicht zudenken. Auf dem Tisch liegt deswegen Gehörschutz. Diese bringen nichts! Das Frühstück ist überschaubar.

The location is good but the hotel is a bit run down, it needs updating and the walls are very thin, I can hear next door watching tv or making noise. The bar service is open whenever, there's not\ schedule. The food is fairly good and its handy to be close to 7/11. The pictures advertised is much better than the actual hotel.

I picked this hotel because it looked fairly central to most sights. It didn't disappoint. I like that it was close to Chinatown. Vendors along canal nightly was a great option. Staff were great. Breakfast was really good.

6泊お世話になりました。バイクの駐輪場も無料で利用できて助かりました。朝食も混雑せずにゆったりできました。おかずも日替わりで美味しかったです。お粥が日本的な優しい味で気に入りました。シーツ交換をしないとドリンク券がもらえます。スイカジュースは手作りでクオリティが高かったです。フロント階にはATMと外貨の両替機、チップ用にお札もフロントで崩してもらえました。部屋は広くて静か、ただ外の天気も分からない小さな窓がひとつだけだったので、湿気が凄かったです。

飛行機遅延でチェックインの連絡が遅れホテル側からキャンセルの連絡が入ったけど、現地友人に電話で事情を説明するとすぐに対応、無事宿泊することができました。部屋はファミリールームで２部屋続きでトイレも２つあり、ベッドもキングサイズやダブル✖️2、リビングも広くてとても快適でした。スタッフも遅くのチェックインにも関わらず笑顔で対応して頂き嬉しかったです。私達には素敵なホテルと言って良いです。

Not a 4-Star Hotel, More Like 2 Stars This hotel is definitely not a 4-star experience I would rate it 2 stars at best. The lights in our room kept going out every 5 minutes. The first time it happened was while my wife was in the shower, and she fell because the floor was extremely slippery and there was nothing to hold onto no handle or safety bar. When I asked the front desk for help and requested ice, their response was completely indifferent. Service during our two-week stay was the worst we encountered in Thailand. The front desk staff regularly hung up the phone when we called, even when I was asking for something as basic as ice I had to call three times before they finally sent it. Compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in Thailand where we were greeted warmly with welcome drinks and smiles this place felt cold and unwelcoming. The rooms are run-down, the air conditioning in our room barely worked, and there’s no AC in the hallways or building in general, so it gets very hot. The elevator setup is strange and inefficient. you have to take one elevator to the 12th floor, then switch to another, and only one of the three elevators was working during our stay. (Apparently other reviews also said the elevator issue from months ago) And finally, the worst partI found blood stains on the bedsheets :)Absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

The location is good but the hotel is a bit run down, it needs updating and the walls are very thin, I can hear next door watching tv or making noise. The bar service is open whenever, there's not\ schedule. The food is fairly good and its handy to be close to 7/11. The pictures advertised is much better than the actual hotel.

Séjour de deux nuits plus que confortable à quelques mètres de Chinatown et juste devant le temple du Bouddha d’or … Une très belle découverte ! La piscine était divine … Le personnel très professionnel … je recommande pour une découverte de Bangkok.

I picked this hotel because it looked fairly central to most sights. It didn't disappoint. I like that it was close to Chinatown. Vendors along canal nightly was a great option. Staff were great. Breakfast was really good.

6泊お世話になりました。バイクの駐輪場も無料で利用できて助かりました。朝食も混雑せずにゆったりできました。おかずも日替わりで美味しかったです。お粥が日本的な優しい味で気に入りました。シーツ交換をしないとドリンク券がもらえます。スイカジュースは手作りでクオリティが高かったです。フロント階にはATMと外貨の両替機、チップ用にお札もフロントで崩してもらえました。部屋は広くて静か、ただ外の天気も分からない小さな窓がひとつだけだったので、湿気が凄かったです。

Very friendly staff, well equipped gym, good location. walls are kind of thin you can sometimes hear other people but not too bad. they provide ear plugs to cover that. All in all very happy :)

飛行機遅延でチェックインの連絡が遅れホテル側からキャンセルの連絡が入ったけど、現地友人に電話で事情を説明するとすぐに対応、無事宿泊することができました。部屋はファミリールームで２部屋続きでトイレも２つあり、ベッドもキングサイズやダブル✖️2、リビングも広くてとても快適でした。スタッフも遅くのチェックインにも関わらず笑顔で対応して頂き嬉しかったです。私達には素敵なホテルと言って良いです。

Not a 4-Star Hotel, More Like 2 Stars This hotel is definitely not a 4-star experience I would rate it 2 stars at best. The lights in our room kept going out every 5 minutes. The first time it happened was while my wife was in the shower, and she fell because the floor was extremely slippery and there was nothing to hold onto no handle or safety bar. When I asked the front desk for help and requested ice, their response was completely indifferent. Service during our two-week stay was the worst we encountered in Thailand. The front desk staff regularly hung up the phone when we called, even when I was asking for something as basic as ice I had to call three times before they finally sent it. Compared to all the other hotels we stayed at in Thailand where we were greeted warmly with welcome drinks and smiles this place felt cold and unwelcoming. The rooms are run-down, the air conditioning in our room barely worked, and there’s no AC in the hallways or building in general, so it gets very hot. The elevator setup is strange and inefficient. you have to take one elevator to the 12th floor, then switch to another, and only one of the three elevators was working during our stay. (Apparently other reviews also said the elevator issue from months ago) And finally, the worst partI found blood stains on the bedsheets :)Absolutely unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.
