Location is great. Room a bit smaller than I expected. View on the street not ideal, need to keep curtains closed. Room was impeccably clean. Best shower ever. Not kidding. So much pressure on that rain shower. Staff very kind and helpful.

This hotel is in very good condition but tucked away in a quiet area with access to the city provided by a free shuttle service to the sky train. I would use Bolt or Taxi's though for a cheap easy way to get around unless it's peak hour traffic in which case I wouldn't go anywhere. Peak hour is awful. It took me 2.15 hours to go 6 km's. The rooms are great with separate bedroom and living area.The only concern is the tiles in the shower are really slippery and dangerous. I asked for help and they provided a towel to stand on which did stop me slipping.

On the corner of two very busy roads so traffic noise is terrible. Small reception with people waiting, don’t get there early they will make you wait until absolutely 2 oclock check in. Tried to give me a worse room than i paid for! Small pool with no shade no bar no toilets. Didn’t eat there, very limited selection. Breakfast very average. On the plus side many food options locally. Would never ever stay there again. Terrible

Updated property with friendly staff, however our room was terrible. We paid more for a balcony room however the room we were given should not have been considered one as the baloney was unusable. It was on the second floor and backed directly onto another building with a wall full of fans and no natural light due to the height of the buildings. These fans, or the air conditioners next to us, were very loud during the night. The room was directly next to the kitchen which was also loud starting early morning as they prepped breakfast. The room was clean and modern but had an awful smell the entirety of our time there. Possibly due to the cleaning products they used. Our experience here may have been different if we had been assigned a different room, however I would not recommend it or stay again based on the room we were given.

This hotel is located in a busy area. However, most things are within walking distance. Which is good, because the traffic gets really bad. There are nice restaurants and street food in the vicinity, plus two or three Seven Eleven's. Be warned though, some of the street venders will double or triple the price if you don't know the going rate for food. For example, a plain roti typically goes for 15 baht and a banana roti for 25. If you ask what's the cost, you will be paying 40 for the plain and 60 for the banana. With the conversation it's still cheap, but this is a "just so you know" in case you are staying in the area for a long period of time.

On the corner of two very busy roads so traffic noise is terrible. Small reception with people waiting, don’t get there early they will make you wait until absolutely 2 oclock check in. Tried to give me a worse room than i paid for! Small pool with no shade no bar no toilets. Didn’t eat there, very limited selection. Breakfast very average. On the plus side many food options locally. Would never ever stay there again. Terrible

Updated property with friendly staff, however our room was terrible. We paid more for a balcony room however the room we were given should not have been considered one as the baloney was unusable. It was on the second floor and backed directly onto another building with a wall full of fans and no natural light due to the height of the buildings. These fans, or the air conditioners next to us, were very loud during the night. The room was directly next to the kitchen which was also loud starting early morning as they prepped breakfast. The room was clean and modern but had an awful smell the entirety of our time there. Possibly due to the cleaning products they used. Our experience here may have been different if we had been assigned a different room, however I would not recommend it or stay again based on the room we were given.

This hotel is located in a busy area. However, most things are within walking distance. Which is good, because the traffic gets really bad. There are nice restaurants and street food in the vicinity, plus two or three Seven Eleven's. Be warned though, some of the street venders will double or triple the price if you don't know the going rate for food. For example, a plain roti typically goes for 15 baht and a banana roti for 25. If you ask what's the cost, you will be paying 40 for the plain and 60 for the banana. With the conversation it's still cheap, but this is a "just so you know" in case you are staying in the area for a long period of time.
