Located in a great little neighborhood and staff were very helpful with adjusting check in and out times to help with my crazy flight schedule. Very restful getaway.

To vinduer kunne ikke lukkes. Ligner slet heller ikke hotellet på billederne. Fuldstændig vanvittigt dårligt sted.

掃除も綺麗、スタッフの対応も良い。ただシャワーが水しか出なかったので星は3つにします。 最寄駅まで歩けない距離ではないけど、怪しい通りを歩くので夜は歩かない方がいいです。 でもホテル の近くにはセブンもあるし食堂や屋台も美味しかったです。

こちらのホテルは２回目の利用になります。　良い所は近くにセブンイレブン、ランドリー、遅くまでやっている美味しい食堂、マッサージなどがあり、ゆっくりするのにはとても便利です。　移動手段として電車を利用する場合は、最寄り駅がルンピニー駅となり、少し距離があります。　　値段が安いわりに部屋のスペースは十分だと思いますので、そこは自分にあった旅行のプランで考えてください。

アメニティやドライヤーは自身で。 場所はまったりするならまあまあいいです。 ユニットバスの取って周辺に歯みがき粉の汚れのようなものが結構広範囲に着いていた。 ホテルと言うより、公民会館宿舎という感じ。 ドライヤーを持っているスタッフがいたので、 貸してほしいと後日言うと、それはスタッフのものに違いない、一切ドライヤーはない、といわれた。清掃中のタオルを持ったスタッフが清掃で慌ただしくしていたてにドライヤーがあったのは、私物のわけがない。とにかく貸してくれない。貸すドライヤーはない。ホテルの人、返信はしないでください。特に私の名前を書かないでください。すみませんがないですというよりも、鼻で笑われ、何故またきくのか、と煽られた。

Hotel is little old but the service was excellent..

Toista kertaa tässä hotellissa. Ystävällinen henkilökunta, hotelli perus siisti, huoneiden siivous päivittäin halutessa. Katolta löytyy uima-allas ja pieni alue auringonottoon. Läheltä löytyy ruokapaikkoja ja marketteja. Pienen matkan päästä löytyy myös Lumphinin puisto ja metro-asema. Täältä myös lyhyt matka moneen paikkaan esim. Grab sovellusta käyttäen.

When im in BKK I usually stay in a different hotel but gave this one a try due to the location, price and facilities. The good: Staff were all really kind and helpful from checkin to the room cleaners, the room was of a good size, pool was really nice and the roof top too. Close to metro and only 20 min walk to Lumpini Park, some good eating options nearby. Late checkout was possible for 300B extra, but can stay only until 18:00. Not so good: The quality of the room was pretty bad, cabinets looked kicked, taped together, layers of dirt and use on most surfaces, it was nice maybe 10 years ago but needs to be totally changed. The pool closes way too early at 19:00. Bed was ok but the sheets were not changed from the last person (which seems to be a Thai thing now too sadly). I would stay again if I got a newly renovated room, but for the price I paid I had a nice stay,

Great stay at Tivoli hotel. Good location with a short walk to the metro to get around the city. Room was tidy and well maintained through our stay Rooftop pool was a great way to cool off - there were a few pigeons drinking from it so unsure of the cleanliness. Overall a great place to stay in a budget friendly hotel

I liked the hotel. The pool on the roof was very nice. The room was very big. I was only on the 3rd floor and the one window didn't close 100% (it was open a crack) so I heard a tiny bit of street noise but not much. The cleaners were great. They came everyday at 1 or 2pm when I went up to the pool. They refreshed the room and it was great to come back to a clean room and restocked toiletries and drinking water. The one thing that could improve is the cleanliness of the bathtub and caulking around it. The caulking had a fair bit of black mold on it so on my 2nd day of my 8 day stay I bought some bathroom cleanser and just cleaned it myself--then I had a nice bath :). I didn't want to bug the staff or create unpleasant relations with the cleaning staff. They were really quite good otherwise. The air conditioner worked well and kept the room cold. The kitchen area was nice with mini fridge and granite countertop. I felt it could have used a microwave or coffee maker but it did not have either. I'd definitely stay here again. It was good value and a ncie place for the price.
