Holiday Inn ISTANBUL - OLD CITY by IHG, an IHG Hotel

What a lovely place to stay, a wonderful community of people, from the front desk, to bar staff, kitchen, spa services. These people really know how to give brilliant hospitality. They work hard to keep the customers happy, they made us feel welcomed the very first day all the way to our very last day. ❣️ Such a wonderful bunch of staff. I would definitely be returning. It’s clean, smells lovely, fresh with a modern look. The food was lovely. It’s the first hotel I have been to that have gluten free products on display at breakfast without me having to ask for it. Biscuits, cake and bread. This is rare I was so pleased to see this. Every hotel should do this. To accommodate everyones needs. The front desk were so helpful with anything we needed and also helped us to find tours or travel and outside entertainment and site seeing around the Istanbul city. It was such a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The staff are loving, caring and really care about their guests. They go the extra mile to make you feel happy with your stay. Kemel Gigdem, Faith and Mashsun they were my favorites and Spa service staff plus The hospitality staff made breakfast feel great. Front desk is the best, they set the tone for the hotel and bring high expectations and you definitely see it. We will certainly be coming back. Thank you Holiday inn Old City Istanbul.

On a eu un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité prix était top étant donné que les chambres sont modernes et spacieuses. De plus l’hôtel est super bien placé au centre d’Istanbul. Et également le personnel était super agréable que ce soit à l’accueil ou pour les agents d’entretiens qui étaient très gentils. Je recommande cet hôtel à tout ceux qui comptent se rendre à Istanbul
